That looked like a good day for sure. If you like those flukes, you should try some of the 3" Bass Assassin Baby Shads. I've caught SO many fish on those! I will use them as a soft plastic jerk bait with a twitch and pause technique, varying the number of twitches before the pause the whole way back. There are also times when I "walk the dog" with them over submerged grass areas or even just parallel to the shore line, and catch a BUNCH of aggressive bass! I remember one day about 20 years ago, I was fishing with a bunch of my fellow church members at a church members home / farm. They were "commenting" to our hostess who was standing with them on the shore line, on what a bad day it was. The fish just aren't bitting. She replied.. it doesn't look like he's having a bad day. He's caught about 10 in the past 20 minutes. They were using worms and shiners if I remember correctly, and here I was cleaning up on a soft plastic! Fun times!
I love that style of fishing, the twitching/pausing method is so much fun and super affective. I really like those bass assassins, I have trouble finding them. Where do you typically buy them? Also thanks for sharing.
Some nice bass there dude!

Love me some beetle spins! I just buy the spinners in bulk now, there's always a more cost effective way haha!
Oh yea, love the price. Great budget lure and matches great with lots of different trailer options. Thanks for watching!
