Love the video. Have to say that I know a bit about boats and you wouldn't have a boat full sail with an anchor out. Without sails, certainly. Just thought I'd mention it. I still love it. It's got great colours and detail.
A brilliant finish to a really nice sunset seascape Stephen. Great idea to add sailboats to give greater focus for the eye... Lovely painting. One observation though in regard to the angle of your reflection of the sailboat, is that given the angle in relation to the sunlight low in the sky, is the possibility that the reflection might go more towards the bottom corner of the painting? Not meant as a critiscism and not necessarily correct on my part. Its entirely your painting and your tutorial and I actually love it. The softness and the warmth of the colours make it very harmonious alongside the magenta foreground. Just beautiful. Thank you for this tutorial.😊

The boats finish it off but the sails are back to front the main sail should be at the rear and the smaller jib at the front , why is the boat anchored when it is moving forward with wind in the sails .

Wonderful. Rope should be off the back due to the wind catching the sail from back of boat.
