I would make this but with Belgian white chocolate like Callebaut and use less of the coconut flavoring. Raffalleo have an almond in the middle so adding chopped toasted almonds with the coconut would be so great and add more crunch. Wishing you a happy new year of 2022!

Looks yummy! Tried you raspberry cheesecake twice. Did cover it with foil and the water still seemed to get in. What brand of spring foam pan do you use? All the ones I see in the store does not look like yours at all and when I lock the clasp the bottom part seems to slip out very easily if I am not careful. The pan I use would make it impossible to slide a knife underneath it to get in on a plate. Will try other flavors another time.

When I bake my cheese cakes. I put the pan of water below the cheese cake. I find that when I wrap my spring form pan, the liquid still gets in the cake. Putting the pan of water below or beside the cake helps a lot.

Hi! It's normal to have some small bubbles. I like to tap the cheesecake against my counter to help release some of them. These will not affect the end result
💖👼🏻🌺 I’ve seen recipes where they only beat cream cheese just until creamy because they say if you cream anymore than that, it adds air into the batter and will cause it to crack. I notice all of your cheesecakes, you cream for 9-10 minutes. I’m so confused. Help please

Cut down the baking time to 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes. The center should be just set. Enjoy!
