Rod Jackson was the best singer ever to play with slash ..hands fuckin down
True !!!
That’s crazy talk
He's great, but nah. Have u ever heard about Mr. Myles "Madafakin" Kennedy?
Slash should bring this guy back. Rod Jackson is probably the best singer he's ever had.
Axl dude

Rod Jackson was phenomenal. Charismatic with a unique voice
I agree
This is the time when I love slash the most, so stylistic !!!
great band, insane voice, badass slash and sick song.
One of my favorites from this album
Aint Life Grand could fit right in between Appetite and Use Your Illusions. Its that good.
I love you brother....You Rock!!!!
i went to that show it was great
slash guitar is suddenly alot higher than ive ever seen before! :O
I feel like he raised his strap for these shows
RIP JIM MARSHALL
THANK YOU FOR INVENTING SLASHES SOUND AND MAKING THE BEST AMP COMPANY IN HISTORY
HOPFULLY YOUR WORK WILL BE PASSED ONE
Don’t forget Les Paul for creating that beautiful guitar. Gibson and Marshall are a match made in Heaven
fn' awesome !
Rod Jackson was a great singer man, but a clown too.
Yeah unfortunately Slash nearly died on this tour because of the hard partying. This show was after he got a defibrillator implanted and underwent physical therapy, which is why he sounds so much better than earlier in the tour. Rod was an incredible vocalist and IMO the next best to AXL that Slash has ever worked with, but he was indeed a junkie at the time (in fact, the whole band were using various drugs at the time). He still sounds good these days from the clips I've heard but Slash basically wrote him off as a junkie in his book, so I doubt he'd ever give Rod another chance.
Wow I didn't know any of that, I did manage to catch a show from this tour, it was excellent, cheeers
He should. This guy is phenomanal, and Myles is good, but boring.
@@Fnelrbnef yeah.. Myles is a nice boy.. and nice boys...
The only project Slash have had outside Guns that were really good.
If Rod Jackson in VR
Why I have to listen to mr Boring voice Kennedy instead of this beast!!! Keep him back Slash!
I want him to sing velvet revolver songs, but then can it happen?
*)
A mate of mines brother was scoring the whole band coke in Japan in 2000. LoL..
Best 3v3r
is also about the air he is using to sing...i think axl need to rest a little he's a grown man i mean...years of touring and party and never have a healthy behavior ...when you see even sebastian or...duff or slash are taking care of themselves but for example im from argentina and he...here in "la plata stadium" and in rosario city...he was amazing man...btw people complain about axl doin' the mickey voice but i dont understand when people think miles kennedy is not ruining songs like this one
After years tryin to find out what the amazing fuck rod is saying at the beginning, can someone please tell me what he's saying?
So was Slash haha He quit drugs and shit in like 2007.
Both are good i depends on songs ...
Una bandota armó flash. Lástima la rápida disolución
he also was a HUGE junkie, slash doesn't need that
naa myles
codigo 906091
Este era el mejor momento de slash, en la actualidad toca del culo
siempre fue simplenente slash
and what about scott weiland who cant even touch the voice of Rod??
I respectully dissagre - it is Myles Kennedy.
Myles is a cool cat, but I second Rod. I think his bluesy vocals are a better fit for Slash's guitar style. But hey it's all just down to personal taste at the end of the day.
