back and forth again and be the ball are the bests songs slash has ever made I like a lot GNR and Velvet Revolver but i have to say it i wish VR to play this songs
This came up on a search of the Caddyshack movie reference "be the ball." Coincidentally, I'm a huge fan of this Snakepit album. Small world, but does anyone know if this tune is a knod to the movie scene?
Totally agree with Kurki, I trie hard to get to love VR but most of their songs are gay... Snakepit was the way to go... bluesy and hardcore unrefined rock'n roll, yeaaahhhhhhhhhh.
I love this song n' of course Slash.... but on this particular one, Eric Dover is so fucking drunk and he screams all the fucking song except the 1st verse... Anyway it really rocks !!!
A great album that, unfortunately, has not been heard by most people.
Some of the best guitar playing of Slash's career.
That first Snakepit was awesome
i absolutely love this album

this song is the best along with "take it away"
try to imagine what should be GNR today if "it's five o'clock somewhere" was a GNR album. Just try to imagine.... O_o
fuckin killer riff, fuckin killer solo
one of theys best song
Great song and perfomance!
I had both Snakepit Albums and Izzy Straddlin and the Juju Hounds and the Nueratic albums. lol
The best of Slash n friends...
Great 👍
agree man... back and forth and be the ball rules! slash at his best
I think Eric Dover suited Snakepit and Slash so much more than Rod Jackson...he did an awesome job.
Yeah, and Doin' Fines a fave of mine. VR are good, but they could do with recreating some of the magic of snakepit too!
Slash is SICK. this is just post G n R. the dude was bang into his coke and shit. rock star stuff
Just fuckin'rock'n'roll!!!!!!Beautifull
@axlforever yeah man. music is bout soul. hes definitely there.
El mejor cantante que tuvo Slash para su estilo (después de Axl) se llama Eric Dover.

It's about envisioning yourself as the ball in a pinball machine, according to Slash. It was also inspired by Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
slash wrote a total masterpiece with this one too bad they didn't have a good enough singer to pull it off!
2022 and this is still the best song from slash.. i think Eric dover is great vocalist.. better him than Myles kennedy
Love Eric, but you are on some good shit if you think he's a better vocalist than Myles lol.
Chingon banda
i was wondering... if axl could sing this song? yo me preguto... y si axl hubiera cantado esta cancion??

dont shout over this solo!
drumernya kok bukan matt sorum ya..
slashhhhhh is GOD
i agree, slash isn't a shredder but it's better than just going up and down scales really fast like shitty Buckethead
I'd love to hear this performance minus all the vocals. The music is so awesome.
LOL Eric is so fucking drunk
ボーカル以外は皆んな神
Slash can play fast. He just prefered not 2 ;)
Great. Not as good as GN'R but still good.
