Only IELTS is not enough to enter into University,good academics, tution fee will be high when compared to college's and they are bit competitive,sometimes our program or intake may not be available in universities and they are available only in colleges this are the reasons why one chooses college's or universities,due to any one of the reasons above is enough to choose college

I am planning to move to canada, found monteral is much cheaper as compared to Toronto. What about the part-time wages and job opportunities for network profile there ?
