Holdover Time Determination for Snow mixed with Freezing Fog

In the last week of December, we asked you to determine the holdover time when using 100% Type IV fluid, flaps retracted, for the following conditions;

The METAR was based on actual conditions during the cold spell that affected the U.S. over Christmas.
