Slim fit is basically a regular shirt but slimmer
I have a long sleeve shirt in slim fit, both from hm and Tommy Hilfiger. And It's fits very soft and comfortable. And the quality of cotton and elastane is very great.
Love the videos man. I’ve had a bad experience with hm quality, but after trying on the polos they have I will try these out. I love Uniqlo’s crew necks which I think are tough to beat. But I will definitely try out the Hm slim fit.
Thx. H&M quality has definitely improved over the years. Obviously for the lower price items, quality will vary, but they do sell items that are premium quality. Uniqlo is great, but I don't have a store nearby so ordering it can't be risky with the sizing though.
Can you do a updated slim and regular t shirt review? Its been 3 years since the last time you did it. So we can tell the differences from 3 years to now. Thanks

Hey, I shopped at HM yesterday for the first time. Trying to buy some casual wear for the bottom. I wear a 32 x 32 and a 32 x 34. Since they only label numbers 30-36, since I am a size 32 x 32 (34) in mens (6’0, 170 pounds, lean) would I wear a size 33 or 34? Apologies. I’m not well experienced with clothe shopping
The label numbers represent waist size so stick to your normal size there. If you're interested in length size they do sell traditional sizing on their website.

is the black color slim fit lasts long? And does it get those white things that fly in the air(I think it is called pilling)?
I mean most black clothing picks up lint or any material and its more noticeable due to it being black but I wouldn't say this particular t shirt is any different. It lasts for me lol but I do own like 3 of them.

How do you determine when something is too tight. I’m 5’6 with a 36” chest so S feels a little too big and XS is good for the most part but feels like it doesn’t have much room to breathe (both relaxed fit)

It's the same. Just make sure you buy the same fit as in Slim or Regular.

They both will be tight but slim will be tighter. Muscle fit is for more bulky guys

We're around the same height but your chest may be bigger. I would say check out regular fit in size small and or go for slim fit in size medium.

I've owned them for a few years now. It's like any other t shirt. You wash it too often it will lose some quality but it still holds up though. 👍

Go with your usual fit. Just remember slim fit will be tighter if you're okay with that.

Length is usually the same unless the fit js categorized as something like "oversized" for example.

If any clothing rides ups it's probably a size too small or doesn't correctly fits the person wearing it.

They both tight fits, but muscle fit is for more bulky guys.
I saw H&M muscle fit t-shirts in the store, and although I didn't try them on, they looked paper thin and very see through, which was disappointing.
Their oversized and regular t-shirts have thick, well made fabric. The slim fit ones - which I bought - fit great and the fabric is pretty good too.

Not by much if you follow washing instructions.
They shirts were so nice back then when there producers were in Bangladesh. They changed it to India and there shirts feel way cheaper now. I don’t know where to find that feel again for a T shirt.

Yes because an XXL slim fit will fit like a regular T-shirt if not looser and so it’s too big because it isn’t a slim fit as advertised

Depends on your style. Small if you like tight. Medium is you like it a bit loose.
In most clothing retailers in U.K., 5’9 and 145 is a Small.

Yeah 100% cotton is more likely to shrink. If you wash it on cold water settings and hang dry it, you can minimize the shrinking that way too.

insane how much the quality varies month to month with the same exact shirt in h&M, bought these a month back were amazing, this month got same ones online their baggy and uncomfortable, exact same tag same name "slim fit" same color only difference is a little note inside that says made in Bangladesh on the good ones.

I typically stick to the same size for h&m whether slim or not.
@@EricTMeraki I was saying that the L looks like XL. I confirmed this by looking at their size to centimeter measurements conversion in France and the US. In France an L is like a US M.

Not too much bother I noticed. If you cold wash and hang dry, it shouldn't shrink at all.

Muscle fit is still similar in terms of tightness around the arms, but it's actually has more room around the waist area .

If medium slim is too tight, go with medium regular. 100% cotton will shrink faster than the other materials.

It's basically for taller people with longer upper body.
Going to explain something because it seems like a lot of people don’t understand it. Take an arbitrary man who is 6 foot 2, 13 stone and wears a Medium Regular Fit. That T-shirt should fit like a regular fit T-shirt, loose but keeps to the shape of the body. He would NOT buy a Large Slim Fit. That is because slim fit is supposed to be a narrow cut with a thinner waistline. The large slim fit will fit loose like the regular size Medium meaning that technically the Large Slim Fit is too big a size because it doesn’t fit to the standards of slim fit
If a Size Large in regular fit is too big, you need to size down in regular fit and don’t buy slim fit of the Large. Because then the T-shirt which says ‘slim’ doesn’t fit as advertised

For the most part the overall measurements are similar. Just the arm sleeves and chest area feel a little bit more tighter for the slim.
