(i never really had a connection to them) but knowing my adoptive parents who are in their mid 80's might make it only another 5 years, is devastating. Its so hard seeing your parents go through the last stages of life and knowing they will most likely never meet my future children, or be there when i am married, or even just have somewhere to go home to.

Their relationship isn't based around only those experiences, it doesn't revolve around that...that would be unhealthy.

it’s annoying that so many people sexualize age gap relationships. it’s the same as sexualizing any non traditional relationship and it needs to stop.. sex is important in any relationship, but the emotional connection is most important. i wish they had talked about that more in this episode.
