The Moonville Tunnel revised edit 2019

Day and night visits to the famous (or infamous) Moonville Tunnel, located in Vinton County in southeastern Ohio. By the way, be sure to listen for the "voice" and the low rumble recorded during our visits. Many believe the tunnel to be haunted by ghosts of a long dead era.

I like the history of old railroads ! I live in Western New York and there tons of tracks and tunnel abound

You need good tires. Really good brakes and 4x4 to get to this tunnel and you cannot go fast getting to it. It's dangerous but when you leave it's fine but very dusty

And no service. So no cell phones will be used when you get there even before you get there. There is no service whatsoever

Up the line a few miles there's another tunnel - the kings hollow tunnel.
