My parents forced me to take lessons when I was eight. The instructor thought I was a little immature for the complexity of the instrument so she had me practice on a pencil sharpener. I regret not sticking to it but never wanted for a sharp pencil.
This looks and sounds awesome. Are the pipes birch ply? if not what are they? I started cutting mine by hand and then realized I should just design them up in cad and throw them on a laser.
I love this organ. The tuning is perfect
Autotune lol
Well done, well built, and it sounds great! Happy for you, looks like a lot of fun.

Thanks for the comment. John Smith designed it well!. The larger pipes are 3 mm birch ply. The smaller ones are 2 mm Ceiba.
Spielt es auch andere stucke?
Yes!
Oh, sehr interessant. Diese Orgel ist bestimmt Federleicht. Wie schwer ist die Orgel? Und gut klingen tut sie auch.
It weighs around 7 kgs
@@iandickinson Das ist ja sehr leicht. Super gemacht.
Are there diffrent type of songs instead just repeating the same song?
Yes, there's loads of music available that fits the scale of this organ. See: grind-organ.com/
A big band in a calliope? Woo-hoo!
Does it do like fast songs?
It can play a wide range of tempos. The holes in the paper roll just need to be cut to the note lengths required.
@@iandickinson Oh,so like short holes is a faster sound?
@@zggoxxroblox Yes, that's it. Here's a video about how it works and how it was made: th-cam.com/video/-GC3tJzbuYo/w-d-xo.html
