I'm thrilled that you just record your process! I do not like voiceovers, I tend to go to a different video when I realize it's a voiceover!!! I also dont like it when people speed up the video & either play music or nothing... since I'm sitting here crafting, I like to at least hear what you are doing!!! Oh... the bells were wonderful to hear!!!

I absolutely adore the fact that you do not speed up your videos, and the music, oh man it drives me crazy. Unfortunately there are some crafters that I have watched for years, and now they have started speeding up and playing music, and I just don't want to watch them anymore. Editing my videos ?? I’d never put one up !! Who has that kind of time ??
The cathedral bells on the other hand !!! I wait for them hit rewind to hear again !! Great job an the accordion book !! I love that you added the unique book covers !!
Straw paper was also a fantastic choice!! I still have some left but, will need to place another order. So happy you have the girls helping you out this summer ! A dream job for me ! I’ll pay the flight and I work for pages 😉

I love those bells. I want to try this. But with my dyslexic mind I have trouble with visualizing the project. I do have two beautiful Italian books that are this type of book. I plan on sending them to you. But it kind of helps me figure out what I need to do. These books are from the late 1800s to early 1900s and they have postcards or images of Italy. It does show how it fits in the book. I think I will try this project.

I think there’s been only one channel that played music that wasn’t a complete distraction from the crafting…in my humble opinion 😉 I love the sounds and sights of live crafting and don’t have any trouble with mistakes…Lord knows I make plenty myself! The bells are wonderful background and give your videos such a quaint vibe! You’re just adorable and your projects inspire us!

Rachel, I have a question. I found a 200 year old Bible but it has mold......is there any way to save it or should I just get rid of it?

It depends how bad it is. If it's all over the only thing you could try is leave it in the sun. I tend to rip off the moldy bits and use the paper and cover. I have rejected some books that are too far gone.
