There were so many great, underated songs from their later albums - this being one of them. Always loved the production on this one, especially during the solo. So atmospheric with all the reverb building up.
Pretty sure no songs are underated..not by the fans...keep in mind there are a ton of radio fans who are unaware of many tracks on many albums...but then their not real fans...years ago I turned a friend onto this masterpiece of an album....and he considered himself a big zep fan....once he started listening, we'll he loved it...
My problem is I’ve always been a fairly lazy guitar player. I enjoy playing my own stuff but when it comes to playing other artists’ songs such as those by Zeppelin, I’ve always just played what I hear and if any parts got remotely complicated I didn’t bother to go any further. Sped’s videos have fixed that for me and I use these as a library to get to all the parts that other attempts couldn’t reach. I can now play entire songs effortlessly. I hate working from books, and TH-cam is the perfect answer for me, and Sped’s videos are easily the best on here. Very accurate, and expertly played, which promotes an incentive to learn. Keep up the great work Sped.
There’s a lot of love for this comment. Thank you so much for sharing that with me and well done you for muscling through a tight spot. As soon as you can call yourself out you can begin to work on things and improve. Sounds like you’ve done that tenfold. Keep it up and love every second of it! 🎉❤️

While I know this would be a lot of work and a big ask, led zeppelin since i've been loving you needs the Sped treatment. It's chock full of Page classic techniques and I for one would love your take on my favorite LZ piece
Amazing, I love hearing comments from people learning with me like this. Keep it up.
"For your Life" needs the Sped treatment. It will exist in rare air.
Great Song
What scale and chords is jimmy page thinking in at the double stops at 12:05 min in this lesson?
Pretty sure I did a bit later on on scales and lead etc?
The saddest LZ song for me. Great song great video. SIBLY: playing the blues; TFO: living the blues. 🍻
It does have a sadness looming over it doesn't it; beautifully put together though!
Just when you think Sped has em’ all covered he busts out another one 🤙
I was about to say another great tune but does Zep have any bad ones? Unlikely! 😆
Hot Dog
Hahaha Roy!
Thank you man! Always appreciate your comments, and you scored a first today!
@@royharper9472 aye Roy…. Definitely need a full whopper on Hot Dog!!!!

Wow, thanks! I bet you are too. 👏🏻
Tea for one - song for someone with depression & looniness 😔 Great lesson btw 🤘🏼
You're welcome! I hope it brings some light to your day. ❤️

Thank you! 🤘🏻❤️
great lesson! love the "presence" record. i have a question for you... any relation to famed guitarist chris spedding?
Hahaha, amazing. If you scroll back a few videos you’ll find something to help you out with this question.
Hey man thanks so much for the video! I can't believe I'm just finding your channel?.
Me neither! 😂😂 Nah, glad you’re here. Thanks for subbing.
Lets GOOOO. Tea for one please Sped ☕️ 🐸
Coming right up Jake? You want the Black Mango CBD or English Builders Tea?
@@SpedSpedding mango CBD plz🤤🤤
Superb... Thank you
Beautiful
Thank you 🙌🏻
Good work fella. As a Thrash fan my knowledge of Zep is a bit bit and miss so I’d never heard this, I’m glad I have now so thanks for the introduction. If I was to offer any criticism at all it’s that you need more guitars. 30 maybe??
I totally agree; could do with £30,000 as well. 😂👌🏻

The Genius of the Mighty Led Zeppelin
The first time I heard this album was on my older brothers 8 track, the plastic was pink. I am 53 years old and my 17 year old son jams to this album just like I did back in the day and to this day.
How cool is that! The greatest rock band of all time has become genetic.
That Les Paul looks and sounds fantastic. Can you tell us a bit about it please?
Thanks. Check out my 57 PAF video where I talk about it a little more.
Very nice, Sir!
Tha m you so much! 🙏🏻
Sped - can you do a lesson on "since I been loving you" pleaseeeeeeeeee
I rarely listen to the whole song...because I will just listen to the understated genius of the intro riff a few dozen times...one of their best and probably most overlooked moment of greatness...but it almost feels like that might be intentional...which would be standard for LZ...
Ha, yeah that intro is Jimmy gold. Intentional moment of thrown under the bus music genius? Yeah, you could imagine it, just for a laugh....
Sped, please tell me what the book is that you were reading from at the top of the video, thank you.
Go check out this video! Pinned a comment. th-cam.com/video/Ut8YwxXsS9k/w-d-xo.html
i've been wondering, is that you playing over the outro graphic in every video, and now the Tonic ad in this one? Or is it some royalty-free music?
Sometimes it’s me but mostly not. There’s not enough hours in the day to make a glorious tune for every video. I’d love that though. 🙏🏻
