Pork fillet 700-800 gr.
I cut the fillet in half lengthwise.
I cut each piece in half.
I make cuts.
The strip of meat should be as wide as possible.
I cover the meat with cling film and pound it with a kitchen mallet.
salt 2 tsp, ground black pepper 1 tsp
Sprinkle the meat on both sides with spices.
I rub the spices well into the meat.

Bacon 250 gr.
I put the bacon on the meat.
thyme to taste.
capers 2 tbsp. l.
Form meat into rolls.
I take skewers. (You can take any).
I lay out the meat rolls so that the edge of the meat is on one side.
I put the meatloaf on two skewers.
I halved it.
You make such beautiful skewers.
I spread the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
I cover the skewers with damp parchment.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180 * C for 40 minutes.
Cauliflower 0.5 kg.
I rub the cabbage on a coarse grater.
I only use inflorescences.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 30g
Place cauliflower in hot oil.

salt to taste.
Ground black pepper to taste.
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Curry 0.5 tsp
Stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.
