At least Ricardo Diaz in this Vice city prequel has more character and you get to know a little more about the character. And his mansion gets some detailing instead of being a Scarface mansion interior background itself. And he isn’t an arrogant prick in this version. He feels friendly and calmer.

I remember from playing that mission on my PSP back in the day, the truck gets blown up because the game lets your gunner shoot the crates in the back which actually damages it. In your case, the enemy cars were right behind you and very close, the gunner doesn't have an angle so he tries to shoot through the collision box of your truck, which then damaged and set it on fire.
Lol at 17:43 they say that police captured 199kg of cocaine while Diaz said he will send 200kg for the deal. I wonder who took that missing kilo of coke.

Loving all the gta play throughs, with each game the nostalgia from the music and the missions are incredible, and since I’ve started watching you, you’ve taught me al of fun facts I didn’t know about and missed keep up the good work Pro!
Looking back, I kind of think that you can mostly breakdown each GTA in the following categories. Since it’s a VCS video, I’ll start from here: Vice City Stories: building a criminal empire, drugs trade, working for the cartels, drug barons, revenge, providing for Vic’s family. Vice City: despite the fact it’s protagonist is an Italian mobster, I don’t think it’s a mafia game. More like drugs trade, revenge, building a crime syndicate and rising in the underworld. San Andreas: building your gang’s position, becoming a business man in order to survive and provide for Kendl’s sake, increasing your reputation in the underworld, revenge, corruption and securing Sweet’s release, gang wars, gang bangers and making Grove Street the strongest gang in Los Santos. Liberty City Stories: rising in the Leones’ ranks, Mafia war, political acquaintance, making the Leones Liberty’s most powerful crime family. GTA 3: you don’t really know Claude’s motivations so just one. Vengeance. GTA 4: immigration, betrayal, hypocrisy, providing for Roman, greed, hired gun and seeking vengeance and closure for Niko’s past. GTA The Lost and Damned: bikers, corruption, drug dealing, betrayal and survival, not necessarily revenge because I think Johnny kills Billy and Brian primarily for betraying The Lost’s principals. I can’t really say it’s mafia themed because Johnny officially does one job for Ray. The Ballad of Gay Tony: Nightclub lifestyle, hypocrisy, family, mafia in a way. GTA V: bank robbery, government, drug dealing, gang bangers, businessmen, betrayal, hypocrisy, professionalism. I can’t really call San Andreas a mafia game because it’s association with the mob is rather short. Best classification is a gangster game. For Vice City I think we can call Tommy a crime boss at the least. Feel free to breakdown your categories and tell me if I’m mistaken.
@SAUCE GOD I noticed that each character in the video 3D era worked for slash with a crime family. Claude the Leones and technically the Kasens can be considered a crime family. Tommy the Forellis and his own crew, the Vercetti crime family. Carl the Grove Street Families and the Leones, technically the ruling body of the Grove is the Johnson family. Toni the Leones. Vic his own crime family.
20:30 you can get your guns back while doing the mission, if you run in the other direction, you will see a car and all of your guns in line, on the ground, ready to be picked up.
There's a M249 (M60 in LCS) spawn point on the second floor of Reni's filming site, you can use that OHKO beast aside from Gonzalez's final mission. Pro, I think you should showcase that unique machinegun in the raid intro cuz it fits Vic so good
If the remakes of the 3D games are actually coming, I'd love for these games to be remade aswell, maybe even incorporated into the Vice City and GTA 3 remakes potentially
The mission "Farewell to Arms" reminds me of Phnom Phen 86 from Vice City, in a helicopter and wasting sharks with an overpowered machine gun. And I believe the M249 SAW in this game instead of the M60E1 from Vice City is probably a reference to the fact that the US Army was modernizing in the early 1980s, because the M249 SAW was introduced to phase out the M60E1 Machine Gun that has been in use since 1957.
You could actually ride the Boeing B727 (big plane) by pressing triangle when standing on the wings, to do it get an ambulance or a tall vehicle then park it on the side of the runway, climb on top of the vehicle and wait till plane to come Sadly you can't control the plane Edit: It's actually based off Boeing 727 not McDonnell Douglas DC-10

Awesome, Suzy Lu started her Vice City '86 playthrough, and now we have TheProfessional here with more VCS, so that means I'm doing great! More dead Sharks; I bet JAWS also fears any glance from Vic Vance his way. I'm fine with 'The Exchange' ( After taking out the snipers, I waited for the first set of goons to show up, and I rocket launched them to their final destination, and also drove on the grass), but 'Farewell to Arms' gives me problems (sorry, Ernest Hemingway), as failing at any point means running it back from the beginning, and when I failed was usually the point when Gonzalez's plane was taking off. "WOO0-HEEEE, now that's what I'm talking about!", I love that line from Lance, it really gets me pumped (although The war with the Mendez Brothers airs me out). Ha ha, saving Gonzales just for Tommy to eighty-six him in '86; well, I hope he enjoyed his two years of extra life, even if he wasted his life and his looks.

11:20 "so many shark cards" XDD I DIED, he must be traumatised already by the GTAO griefers that buy shark cards
The Mendez Cartel hitmen made Mickey look like a genius right there.
The GTA Hitmans have the lowest IQ i have ever seen.
I'd like compare the drivers and hitmen who would win the low IQ contest
Mickey: "I'm the worst hitman in the entire GTA series? I guess that's an accomplishment.."
Mendez goons: "Hold our burritos"
Lol
Lol
Lol
Mendez cartel originated from Bolivia 🇧🇴. So it would be: Hold our anticuchos
3D Universe hitmans: Lets kill those two guys in an oil refinery, What could go wrong?
HD Universe Hitmans: *A gift from dimitri rascalov*
Because those hitmen from GTA 4 were Russian mafiosos. Of course they were tough as nails
