Hi, congratulations on your video. I have the same drill failure. When I press the switch the drill does not react as in your video. The rotor and stator are working. Can there be a problem in the capacitor? Thanks
HI Thanks for the video, I have a very similar Metabo SbE 1000 which appears to be slightly older. the brush configeration is significantly different as there are no wires directly connected to the brushes but connects via a brass ring, the brush housing is of brass and rectangular. i cannot find a way of removing the brush housings to replace the brushes. do you have any idea please? Much appreciated.
It's an older machine, maybe you can find one by searching for parts on the internet or looking for a broken machine with a good switch and then swap the switch. Good luck

thank you, if the stator and rotor are good, maybe the switch/speed regulator unit is not working or the brushes are worn out. good luck

This machine has a speed controller and low and high gear, it's a 3000 rpm. Good luck
