The radiation from cell phone towers is less powerful than normal tubelight. It's frequency is much less than normal sunlight and has high wave length than normal visible light. Since it has high wave length it can bend around small objects, that's how radios work. In a closed dark room you will get little light from outside, but have good signal on your phone because of it.
The radiation is non ionising(can't cause cancer) and can't harm anything, except it may heat up some materials. That's how microwave oven works. But if you use that principle, the radiation will get high only if you go very near to the dish.
Although rest parts of the video have general facts on the nature of science, if it can really cause any other damage then science as a whole would be rewritten
