About Dead End Hip Hop:
No scripts. It's pure unfiltered hip hop conversations and album reviews. No politics. No BS. We Are The People. - เพลง
This is why I respect Myke's opinion the most. He doesn't like Kanye the person but doesn't let that distract from the quality of the album; Kinge clearly can't separate the two.
It's hard tbh. I'm not a stan so I was so turned off by Kanye and it was hard
@@davidcremin3837 Same to me, i hated Kanye as a person and that's why i never gave his music a chance, and damn was that a mistake, his music is fucking amazing and i was missing out
@@yure3124 got that right man never let politics go into music
I like Kanye. I can relate to him
K.I.D. Beats no you can’t. The only people relating to him is very select few like Michael jackson and Freddie Mercury
*kinge sees ghosts sometimes*
Spirit.
Chris IMC early bird gets the clout
Kinge doesn't see anything because He's old 👴
~ I I I
I do understand kinges point.....lately ye produces better for others than himself. Maybe he experiments more with his own shit or for all we know what's on ye is him tryna get back to form before producing for the others coming out on good music. Idk
Cortez Robinson yeah... He wasnt dissing Kanye as much as he was acknowledging what he wanted more of from Kanye. I don't think Kanye's lazy with his solo projects but I will say that he's riskier with them, overall; when it comes to art, the more risks you take then the more likely you are to be polarizing. When producing for someone else, Kanye still takes risks but I think he's more focused on doing what's best for who he's producing for.
“Man’s got a Master’s degree!..”
- Feefo
kenneth phillips Kinge is bitter.
Jesuren Quintana Kinge and Beezy not gonna know how to feel about Ye when that Nas album drop on Friday! Lol
*Lil Jimmy Skit comes in mind*
What's the degree in? And who got it?
A Masters in ass and balls.
Kinge doesn't want to give Kanye credit soooo bad😂😂😂
I don't blame him.
Nah that's petty, when people put in hard work, they deserve credit
He at least acknowledge that it's good, but Jesus Christ, he's having such a hard time to accept it.
He wasn't dissing Kanye tho. All he was saying was that Kanye seems to be at his best when he collaborates with other people. That was actually him saying how good Kanye's work on this was.
If someone said that The Fugees brought the best out of Wyclef, or that The Lox brought the best out of Jadakiss, would you look at that like someone giving the other members of those groups more credit? I wouldn't. I'd look at it like them being praised for what they can do when they have the right people to synergize with. If I can step into a different genre as an analogy, James Newton Howard's best music is when he scores for M Night films - in other words, JNH is at his best when he collaborates with M Night. That's not me knocking JNH's efforts when he works with M Night at all; in fact, it's me acknowledging just how amazing JNH can be.
That said, I do think Ken is struggling with accepting just how much he liked it, but the idea that him saying when Kanye is at his best was him discrediting Kanye is just false.
why? Because Kanye’s supports trump?

Very rarely do you catch me out
Y'all done "specially invited guest"'d me out
Y'all been tellin' jokes that's gon' stress me out
Soon as I walk in, I'm like, "Let's be out"

I was off the meds, I was called insane
What a awesome thing, engulfed in shame

Talkin' to dispatcher then the phone beep
On the other line was the homies
Told her that you ain't comin' home, see
When she heard the news it hurt her bone-deep
Caught with the rifle with the long reach
Just another cycle of the lonely
All growin' up in environment
Where doin' crime the requirement

How can you not like Kanye’s lyrics? He does sound nice tho btw
The Hip Hop Times agreed
You copying & pasting the lyrics wont change his mind lmfao.
What is this yea ik lmao. Just wanted my input on what they said. Kanye has never rapped this good since MBDTF
Old Kanye’s bars are corny af but they sound good.
You forgot Feel the love.

Y'all actually faded Beezy in the thumbnail I'm dead 😂
PopGreen_Master LMFAO i peepeddd

Beezy doesn’t review anymore,
he feels kinda Freeeeeee
lmaooo
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
I'm sleep 😂😂😂
I’m here to see Beezy say “Ken I don’t feel good” and disappear out the video😂😂😂 Keep up the good work
B Kearney he look like he about to disappear in the thumbnail 😂
Beezy doesn’t review anymore, he feels kinda freeeee
4youreyezonly He was excited for the black though review
4youreyezonly 😂😂😂
Demsky83 I know man, I’m just talking about his Kanye boycott 😂
Myke stomped on Ken's argument
Muhammad Ndao I respect his argument though
Nah he was just ranting in a high pitched voice. Ken made a good point.
Yes Ye has made great albums for himself. But they forget that Ye was redone so of course it wasn't going to have as much time spent on it especially with Ye literally finishing up the albums for everyone else.
Upful Soul How??? Your just hating
Hurt Everybody avi 🔥
I think Kids See Ghosts is referring to Cudi’s father passing and Ye’s mother passing. Both of which had huge impacts on Scott and Kanye not only as men but artists as well.
I loved this album from start to finish.
It was borderline. The bar is so low for Kanye now.
Cudders always go hard... #OHIO
I really really really like Kanye, but I LOVEEEE KID CUDI. So I had high expectations for this album and it fulfilled them
Upful Soul I agree the bar is low for Kanye now but this album exceeded expectations imo. It was a sonically challenging album, Kanye hasn't done that for half a decade when he released yeezus. And the vocal performances were actually stellar from start to finish unlike on yeezus. This is the best thing he's dropped since MBDTF
FACTS #CLEVELAND
Kinge takes the L for not giving Kanye credit
Myles John he been taking Ls with Kanye reviews
Myles John yup if you review music you gotta separate that shit, don’t bring your political shit outside into listening to an album
THEY CUT B OUT THE THUMBNAIL BREH I'M DEAD. Said sum "I don't feel so good."
mf doing instant transmission
These Kinge's Kanye conspiracy theories are becoming the best part of these Kanye reviews.
I didnt even see it as a conspiracy theory actually. He wasn't even knocking Kanye, all he was saying was that Kanye seems to be at his best when he collaborates with other people. Rod echoed what he was saying perfectly - that as an artist, sometimes when we work alone we can get so meticulous and neurotic about our work that it becomes mechanical instead of organic...which sometimes makes a difference in the quality of the work. You'd be surprised how many artists, of all types, can relate to this.
Ken wasn't emphasizing the shortcomings of Kanye's solo efforts nearly as much as he was praising the strengths of how great he is when he collaborates. It wasn't a diss. It was Ken essentially expressing what he feels Kanye needs to do more of in order for him to continue to become a fan again.
The only reason why Ye doesn't sound as polished or well crafted as Daytona and KSG is because Kanye did "Ye" in 3 weeks basically, it has nothing to do with kanye working harder on other ppl's projects.
Raphael Carmo if he worked on them for longer then I'd say that's, by definition, working harder.
His age is showing... & he has no idea what he’s talking about
ChrisJ Fox he was already working on the first version of the album for months just like with pusha and KSG, Kanye rushing the process on an album only applied with Ye.
Reborn is my favorite song of 2018. Made me cry. Cudi saved my life on multiple occasions.
IsaiahChavezCA yes same.
Drunk and cried haahaa
You need to see a doctor. You can't being crying from no songs lmao.
Upful Soul you need to see a doctor to see if you can feel emotions lol
If a song saves your life, maybe you were never in a any reasonable danger.
Life of Pablo's production was great
CrustL0rd
Heavenly
It was all over the place though. Also what about the super rough mixing on the first few releases for tracks like FSMH or Wolves? I like TLOP but it’s kind of a mess.
ozzymandias nah the production on TLOP is insane, so many great samples
And it got a lot better the more it was edited
Cody Longreen exactly man the finished version of fml with the weekend on it sounds truly great.
i'm guessin Beezy choose to only listen to half of the album lol
"Damn, B, forreal?!"
**Beezy glances up, then quickly glances back down to his phone**
lmao
Don't include Kinge on anything Kanye related anymore LMAOOO
He liked it. What do you want?
ChrisJ Fox nah lol he's being petty u can see it lolol this ain't nothing new
deon brinson "it seems to me that Kanye's at his best when he works with other people"
He was acknowledging how well Kanye did on this and Daytona. He wants more of this from Kanye. He said it with the attitude of a spoiled child but bottom line is he wants Kanye to keep doing this.
Erick Caligula Or j cole
for real though lol
Loved Beezy's input on this album. He said it all.
QGotNoRings gave me new perspective
Best part of this review heading in and the same reaction after hearing it today
this is one of the only times ive completely agreed with Feefo. i am now bumping in the whip
My take on the title:
Going back to Ghost Town Part 1 off of Ye (an obvious precursor to KSG), I think the line "we're still the kids we used to be" is definitely related.
Back in late April, Kanye kept tweeting about how kids are innocent and pure because their minds haven't been corrupted by the world yet, and how we're all dying to be kids again (aka ourselves). One tweet said: "We're dying because we've lost our inner child."
So the 'Ghosts' could literally be themselves now, dying, while the 'Kids', aka their inner child, watches (or sees). Kids See Ghosts. All of that ties in with the mental health stuff as well. They're trying to find their inner child to rid of pain and feel FREEEEEEEEEEEEE.
"My childlike creativity, purity and honesty is honestly being crowded by these grown thoughts. Reality is catching up with me, taking my inner child, I'm fighting for a custody."
-Kanye on 'Power'
Primetime Goody
This is a great theory
Give me C Town for any argument ever, never gonna lose
Feefo been coming at people's necks these past few reviews, what's up? Lmao
I think it's because Ken specifically is obviously biased and tries way too hard to hate on stuff that sounds fresh and experimental and new regularly. If you watch enough reviews on this channel Ken seems OLD AS FUCK in terms of what he likes and doesn't like. He also complains a shitload about just ad-libbing types of stuff like Kanye on Feel the Love or the stuff Chance was doing on Acid Rap.
Banana Rama i hear ya but I'd say he just likes what he likes
Plus, and this is a big plus, Ken was actually giving Kanye credit here for how well he did. Him saying that Kanye seems to be at his best when he collaborates with other artists, especially producing entire albums for others, hence him essentially wanting Kanye to do more of that.
FACTS
Because he love kanye and ken is more honest about him
I'm not even big on Kanye (TLOP was decent, Ye is meh to me) but it takes me outta the review if it seems like someone is backhanded complimenting or has a weird bias or suspects a conspiracy/agenda for the fanbase of the artist. It's cool that he likes what he likes but it also sounds like he's way too narrow minded for the specific kinda shit he wants to hear at times. The fact this dude is putting so much effort into saying 808s was a wack album 10 years later is just tired as fuck. You can tell he looks BOTHERED to say that this shit is even solid. Like c'mon fam, just take a breath.
I do agree that Kanye's at his best when he collaborates with others. Kanye's lack of lyricism gets kinda hidden if other people help fill the track out and he can focus on one dope verse and shit like that. Or he'll step it up because of the bar being raised.
y'all been cranking out videos since you got the new spot. appreciated !!
Kinda like how the reviews are more of a conversation now, but I also liked when they went in order and we could always anticipate Myke's opinion throughout the whole review. I'm torn
Hahahahahaha beezy looking like Spider-Man out here in that thumbnail 😂😂😂
S Mac Mr. Myke I don't feel so good...
Underrated comment.
Beezys the Ghost
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
he is real tho, kanye doesn't spit like he used to, this is some cloud rap shit
I respect Beezy for sticking to his beliefs but this album is fucking doooooppppe
This is one of my favorite releases this year, a 9.5 at the very least for me
SSJ Blue Evolution Mastered Ultra Instinct Gogeta Nah, he's accurate.
SSJ Blue Evolution Mastered Ultra Instinct Gogeta "Overrated" just means you like something less than most people, it's an opinion.
you think you're interesting simply because you don't like popular things, do something with your life weeb.
9.5 really bro? I feeling like doing a Conor McGregor and whooping your ass.
SSJ Blue Evolution Mastered Ultra Instinct Gogeta
Ikr this album is like Kanye doing music for a hobby. It had some interesting beats but short songs and often poor vocals from Cudi. Kanye did have good flows on some of the tracks though.
Luffy will be the Pirate King 👑
ATLIK ALLAH truth !
ATLIK ALLAH faxx
Its not about the one piece its about tge journey
K W.S i have the feeling that “one piece” could actually turn out to be the journey
Chad Jenkins nah Oda said its something that actually has value
Kanye made his album in 2 weeks and this album was worked on for well over a year so he put more effort into the other albums
Chris Malinowski No, he changed his album at the last minute since the TMZ thing.
SeptAuden that's what I was saying. After TMZ he switched his entire album and made it in 2-3 weeks
t a thanks man. I guess he didn't understand lmao
Anyone else want the actual album?
Thraitor yep, I do.
Damn, Myke! That breakdown of the title was amazing! Holy shit
Damn I'm kinda mad 🐝 didn't hear this one. The production on this shit was crazy.
As far as the production debate, ya are missing the fact that 'ye' was scrapped and totally redone after Kanye's TMZ interview. The other projects were in the works for a longer time which is why the production quality is so different compared to the other albums. I'm sure Kanye was OK with redoing his entire album weeks before the release but he wouldn't do that to anyone else's project.
ye was a rushed album..i would have loved to hear what he made before he scrapped the whole thing after tmz.
Logan Bright this. It's like people don't realize he said he made it in 2 weeks after everything happened.
Logan Bright Maybe he said things about slavery being a choice and shit like that and realised it would be too controversial
Logan B. poopity scoop
Miles Robinson But it’s not he deserves a pass for that. You get judged on the quality of work released, period.
Ye was rushed and I understand that the mans been going through some serious shit but giving him a pass for redoing an album too quickly and than shipping it out like something out of a factory is just silly and bias Ken wasn't as wrong about Ye as so many think he was he even loved MBDTF an album that many hip hop heads overlook when to not just Ken but also to me it's a classic project
Kinge ruined this review and ye’s review
Because of his personal vendetta against kanye, myke and feefo cant let out their opinions without kinge questioning their opinion. Anyone agree?
Ok now in the second half hes acting more understandable
Ye wasn't the original album.
What I love about the Cobain sample is that there's a certain kind of poetry having a song with the words "stay strong" over a sample by someone who succumbed to their mental illness. It's a cold reminder of what untreated mental illness can lead to.
Yo I'll send B the pirated file so he can listen to it guilt-free
Wait... Myke got a masters? Grats man.
No. Ken does
Whats yall favorite track dudes? I love kids see ghost, i was surprised to hear mos def/yassin bey singing. The whole vibe and percussions was dope

Kids see ghosts was 🔥
kinge still misses the point that 'ye' was a 3 week project and every other project had wayyyy more time to be developed. im interested in the scrapped ye album
I agree man I def think it would have been better than ye
Kids See John Cena
NAS TOMORROW!!!!!
Mesut Ozil will this one drop on time tho
Chris Malinowski Idk cause Nas is doing a listening party tonight
will thompson is it being livestreamed on that shitty app again? Lmao
That should be fire. I ain't listened to a Nas album in a minute. He used to be one of my fave artists.
Mesut Ozil oh yeah that’s right
Kids see ghosts 👻 was fire
I like Kinge's perspective but he didn't make too much sense here. i think his personal opinion of Kanye the person is clouding his judgment of this album, which is fair but he should be more honest and just say it.
Kanye West is fucking genius ! I take back everything bad i ever said about this dude , Ye was fire , Kids See Ghosts is a fucking classic man...SPECIAL album, and i just heard that Nas album produced by Kanye and its Nas at his peak form...KANYE REVIVED THE GOAT ! Kanye’s beats and production on Kids See Ghosts and Nazir really set him apart this year. Wow just wow
ken and beezy so salty lmfao
The Life of Pablo is underrated
Who cares if Kinge don’t like Kanye that’s how he feels.. lol
Don Yeezy909 facts over feelings,
Marcus INfinity but who gives a shit about someone’s opinion! If he feels that Kanye is washed up he’s washed!!! Not everyone is gonna enjoy what you enjoy.. that’s pretty selfish of you if you want somebody to agree with you.. not nobody is going to kiss yo ass
Don Yeezy909 too much estrogen.. Tldr
Marcus INfinity well you will get that a lot in this life sir... deal with it or go hide somewhere
@@heemnificent He went into hiding lol
Ken's face when he admits that Kanye made a solid project is my face whenever I have to admit I was wrong in an arguement. Fucking rolling right now
He had way more producers on Pablo and Yeezus than on MBDTF
Is Beezy really tripping off the comments Kanye made
Curt James which is making ye statement make more sense cuz he has the choice to not listen and slaves had the choice to come together and take over there plantation they deadass outnumbered them like 80 to 1 so it is like they made a choice they let their mind become mentally trapped and people don’t get that ye was trying to say that
ammar tzanakis slaves were conditioned to fear revolting against the "superior", but yes its apparent lack of objectivity is mental chains ⛓
@@Bighero6man Shit bro even if the slaves didn't outnumber them, I personally would rather die fighting trying to get my freedom than be a slave.
Like fuck being somebody's slave that ain't living.
Kanye threw everyone off with “ye”, then dropped a gem with “kids see ghosts.” He’s a genius-period.
Don't let this review distract you from the Fact Fantano gave this album a 10/10.
Nas EP done
I see what you did there
Lmao
Lmao
Kek
People are hating on Ken's hating, and it's hilarious 😂😂😂
I have been waiting on this for a minute. Thank you!
I've been waiting for this review. Thank you for being a great resource!
This was an exceptional album, dunno about giving it a 10/10 like the melonlord did, cuz imo it’s no TPAB, buuuut it’s definitely one of the albums of the year.
S Mac Melon gets excited
Couldn't even give Blonde a 10/10, but this got one.
S Mac melon doesn’t think ksg is a tpab. You really can’t compare his 10/10s, it’s more of the musical experiences he had are comparable. Complex, interesting, and different. The money store isn’t a tpab. Totally different types of hip hop
Matt Level WORLD kids see melons sometimes man
Melon is in the fan service business now
Daytona: 9.9.
Ye: 7.5
Kids See Ghosts: 9.6
NYNE THA GXD thats kinda how i feel on all of em
NYNE THA GXD.
I agree up until KSG
That gets a 4\10
Bizarre N Rugged damn i mean thats youre opinion and i respect it. But a 4? Its so much better than ye lol
Ye is like a 6-7 to me but Kanye production is so 🔥
DEATH GXD 9.9? Trying too hard
Wasn’t waitin’ on this! Was very impressed with this project, and I hope we get more in the future.
Fav. Tracks: Fire/Reborn/Kids See Ghost
Kids See Beezy
Ken isn't Making Sense AT ALL!!!!!!!
he just too biased lol
He old now..
He doesn’t judge albums he judges the people
Jay white exactly!
Marcus INfinity lol
Y'all convinced me to listen to it by the way y'all was talking Beezy into listening it. Good job on being influencers lol
Myke you were close, I think what you were referring to was “perceptual narrowing”. Still, dope as shit that you knew about stuff like that. Loved hearing you talk about it.
I just realized Beezy is transparent in the thumbnail of this video lmfao😂😂😂. Y'all childish as hell.
Will T.C.3 I didn't notice till you said something. Shit got me rolling
I fell off laughing i swear to god
kanye is more experimental on his own album, he finds a sound that fits better with certain people he works with
This is what happens when you have a preconceived idea about an artists and it doesn't allow you to be even the least bit objective.
Ken has such a personal bias against Kanye that he is not able to critique the album honestly. He has to configure his argument around his previous statements about Kanye personally. Its really interesting how the rest of the team really just moved on from Ken. It was hilarious.
I really wish that they reviewed the Saba and Skyzoo projects. I am assuming that it is too late for both of them. Its kinda sad.
BEEZY DON'T FADE AWAY
GONE TOO SOON ;-;
I recon he will be back for the nas album, probably the one worth reviewing, a couple of good songs on there.
My favorite channel , much love y'all
4th Dimension and Cudi Montage are the standouts for me when I initially listened to it. Now I love every song and most tracks are neck and neck.
i think this and Daytona sound more refined than Ye because they weren't made in a few weeks
Really love ur show, as a hiphop lover who not a native English speaker. This really help me learn more about the culture, thx
Myke’s reaction on 2:00 was exactly how I reacted when I first heard Kanye saying that “rapararapa” shit on Feel the love 😂 Anyways I think this album is just amazing. I wasn’t expecting to be into it at all but it definitely proved me wrong.
Myke C-Town rockin that Ulver shirt
Whoever decided to fade Beezy out in the thumbnail is CHILDISH 😂😂
The lyrics, production, and emotion on this thing are second to none ....its pshydelic therapeutic and its Kanye and Cudi at their best my personal favorite Kanye album you can just feel this album
I would love to hear you guys talk more about spirituality, both in music and in everyday life! I want to see something on a podcast or review where you guys go into depth about topics like kids and animals seeing ghosts. It was the most interesting part of the video imo besides Feefo raging at Ken for his opinion XD
Did anyone else notice the thumbmail of this video lmaooo.
from chicago, grew up with college dropout...but never looked for Kanye lyrically
I enjoy the project myself, but I'm really curious if you'll review the new ASAP. I think it's really dope even with a few duds.
It's fun to see the debates at times. Kinge vs. Feefo and Myke. However, keep up the good work on the series.
Kens a hater! This album amazing 🙌
I love Kanye but I still thing that this album was just good, not amazing
9:06 My Dark Twissa Fanny
I love that y’all have beezy slightly fading in the thumbnail. I thought this album was great at first but after a few listens it’s amazing. I personally think Kanye has been on a great streak with these albums he’s produced.Great video ounce again guys.
This was a wonderful discussion, especially during the topic of the meaning behind the name.
Myke, that Ulver shirt 👍👍👍
Did Beezy listen to the album this time?
Richard Black Nah.
no he still salty..never liked his opinions on music anyway since it seems like he only prefers certain types of tracks and never branches out. used to think he was the guy to listen to about production tho, but if he's not giving KANYE WEST beats a listen then I'm done with this dude. so salty.
Richard Black it’s not he like he ever talks anyway
Logan Bright beezy became the hipster myke use to be
I shouldve subscribed years ago holy shit this channel is tight
I've asked this like a trillion times but ill ask again. Does anyone know the name of the beat they use for the Favorite Tracks segment? Someone said Beezy makes all the beats, but I couldn't find it on his soundcloud. This shit is keeping me up at night.
Why is it obvious that Myke sees aliens? Did I miss a DEHH Convo?
lol Ken is trying really hard not give Kanye credit here, but even he can't deny this was a solid project.
Yo I'm loving these new sets of videos. I love how much y'all doing with the new place. Also, This project has some songs for me, maybe 2 or three but it was definitely an over time experience. The whole thing had to sit with me a minute, but I will say this one is much much much much much nicer than Ye.
What Kanye did on "feel the love" was to sample the Mike scream on "do you remember" but like a DJ, he changed the tempo and sound configuration to sound different. Something also similar to what Big shaq did on "man's not hot". Kudis hums on "reborn" reminds me of "Ocean drive". The voice texture of Kudi bears semblance to that of the lead singer of " Lighthouse Family", by name Tunde.
Kids See Ghosts is one of the albums of the year. 10/10
feefo: kanye-
K3n: really??
Ken your beard looking wild lately my g
I like how the reviews come out the day of the midnight releases for the next g.o.o.d music album.
