The Australian one does not sound like it at all. I, an Australian citizen can tell that the crossing bell is fake for Australian railway crossing.

I've heard that bell before but not seen it on any crossing, check out McK&H Aust's channel, previously filmed some bells and included mechanical bells which were used on crossings way before I was even born
