Haha the perfect waterslide is finally complete. I’ll go through my footage after we pick up from the flood and I have a computer again I didn’t want to put anything up before your vidja came out cause we’ll yaknow I didn’t want you to be out done right off the bat!
Waters look really nice from the extra circulation too and I think we can all agree swafonda is the real star of the show.

Awesome slide! A couple hours with wax and a buffer will make it look brand new...and fast! 👍😁. Awesome work for those kids... all those smiles are the greatest reward for you I’m sure! Watching them building up their courage to go headfirst and stuff is just priceless!👍😁

In order to meet code the gaps in the steps should be filled so that you have no more than a 4" opening just like you do on the railing.

After watching these great videos and reading comments here I know what the next step might be, one of your crazy friends will oil themselves up in an attempt to go the fastest down the waterslide! It might even help everyone else that follows as the oil might help the water flow faster.. A repainting of the slide would help a lot too.

Love it I think the kids will enjoy this slid till they are adults and then when they have there kids and they will have just as much fun as u are Mike.
Now all you need to do is buff that slide up and wax it. It would really be fun then. You could get some real speed. Nice job and it looks to be a blast!!

The safety poilce can't nail ya. I do have one improvement to it, put in a astroturf path from the pond to the stairs. Might eliminate the sand.
A lot of hard work that paid off, all of those little smiles makes it all worth it! There was quite a few big smiles in there too.

Fantastic Completion - I did have three annoying questions enter my mind:
1) Video Part 3 - I wondered why the Top deck was too short?
2) Should you apply wax to the slide?
3) Perfect water flow from the pump....But what does it do to the electric bill, or does it equate to an in ground pool pump cost?
Gee, a back yard race track and water park. I guessed the next project would be a rail road, but I noticed the barrel train - So now you rate as the coolest place in the neighborhood.... And I am envious...Great Job!

@@DirtPerfect True, and it might cause a premature exit from the slide over the side, but it would sure be fun to try. We use crisco on the slip and slide until my sister in law finds out. Then we get banned from using it until she cools off, there may have been an incident once lol :)

Fire up the grills, open up the coolers and make sure swafonda has enough air pressure.
What do you use in the pond that gives it the blue color? I’m guessing it’s to prevent the growth of algae.
