Can’t disagree with any of this … and I believe the Pros greatly outweigh the Cons But two other Pros I, for one truly appreciate are: ☝🏻the PEOPLE … that includes the residents (Villagers), AND employees at stores, restaurants, rec centers, golf courses, pretty much everyone you meet. I haven’t met a grumpy or unfriendly person (I’ve heard there are some 😉) but in general, most everyone is NICE The second thing is the QUALITY … everything is truly top notch. From the construction of the homes (I was truly amazed), to the quality of the golf courses, rec centers, the pools, tennis & pickleball courts, the outdoor amenities, softball fields (may be the best I’ve seen), the walking paths, retention ponds … rarely find anything broken or requiring maintenance. And you hinted at it … if something is not right, broke, whatever, they are on it quickly. Good stuff 👍🏻 I’m sure others will pipe in.
We live up north of 466, no growth in TV here so it doesn’t affect us as much. We enjoy the variety of activities and we made friends quickly. Also big stores are already here. Our car rarely leaves the garage,we take many cart rides to the south.
I think another con is how close the houses are together. I’m 47 and am intrigued by TV and love the active lifestyle. However I couldn’t handle about 95% of the houses, way too close together.
Thank you. For someone like me with no knowledge of TV other than a couple of TH-cam videos, but I am intrigued; what are the exact steps to learn more without too quickly getting into a heavy sales pitch.
What do you like to do? Golf, pickleball, tennis, softball, bowling etc More than 3,000 clubs. You might want to try their 4 or 7 day lifestyle visit. Cost varies depending upon the season, now it’s $99 goes to $199 in January. Definitely no sales pitch

I can't agree more! The rec centers are like museums! The billard tables are top notch, etc etc! Thanks for watching

I totally agree! I drive my car to Sawgrass but I prefer the cart to go to Brownwood. Takes me about 45 min
Great information! Thanks

Just found your channel and subscribed. Good info! We are part timers with a house in GA and the house in HoF we bought in April.
I'm glad you enjoyed my content.

I thought that too coming from 8acres but I don't even notice because I'm not home much and it keeps lawn care price reasonable . 😊
Good to hear that feedback. We’re on about 10 acres right now. Glad to hear you can get used to it.
Thank you.
