It doesn't make sense because official Kanji translation states that muken is infinite and SS is equal to the living world, and hueco Mundo is endless. In order for something to be endless, it would need to be infinite, not finite since end means finite and less means no more than, and since something lacks an end it would inherent be infinite without further context. Senjemaru shook 3 realms which are universes since they have space time continuuems, each with their own unique outer space, it would be fallacious to believe those are simply planets. The Japanese text for the official translated portion of “Even the slightest use of our powers would cause the heaven and earth of the three worlds to tremble” is “我らが能力は袖振るだけで三界天地を震えさす”. I translated it as follows, “With our abilities, merely the wave of our sleeve causes heaven and earth/the universe of the three realms of existence to shake”, where heaven and earth and the universe can be used interchangeably as they come from this kanji 天地.
However, it goes a little deeper than that, when the kanji 三界 and 天地 are used in tandem, as they are in Shutara’s statement, it generally is used to refer to the collective entirety of the cosmos as understood in a Buddhist sense.
It is blatant that what Shutara is saying is that the true power of Squad 0 can shake the individual planets that the humans, Shinigami, and Hollows live on in WotL, SS, and HM, as well as the cosmos/outer space each of those focal planets reside in. What that means as well as how this should be interpreted will be discussed further below.
First and foremost, not being explicitly shown something is not evidence of said something not being true. Especially when you consider that the reason we only get perspectives from the planets is because we are focusing on the perspectives of characters, characters which aren’t floating in outer space
the statement itself is heavily contextualized with Buddhist influence. Bleach itself is heavily inspired by Buddhism, to no one’s surprise, its cosmology in its multiple realms mirrors that of Buddhist cosmology and the transmigration of souls is a blatant portrayal of Samsara. Furthermore, Shutara and the rest of Squad 0 are very old souls, well over thousands of years old, such that it is logical that they speak in more archaic phrasing. This is important because the phrasing Shutara implements is a very archaic and Buddhist inspired way to reference the entire universe. And it makes sense for her to refer to the universe in this manner, because words like 宇宙 (the modern way to refer to the universe in Japanese) didn’t arrive to much later in the Japanese dictionary. Basically, the shorter version of what I am saying is, it is consistent for these Buddhist inspired characters that date back to thousands of years prior to modern day to refer to the universe in archaic ways.”

First of all buddy, Sekai can mean anything, planet or a universe but its implied in bleach that its a universe not a planet. Saying that SS is a planet is pretty BS because that would make Garganda have stars which it doesnt, instead Garganda is a blank infiniee sized void. And it stores TWOL and SS and Hueco Mundo. Infact, TWOL and SS are implied to be dimensions.
And there is also Yhwach's almighty which can rewrite timelines and change future. That is actually low multi. And there is also the Hellverse feat where ichigo in bankai hollow was able to spread out his power across hell and in databooks its CLEARLY mentioned that its a multiverse sized construct.
Not to mention, Aizen also surpasses logic and can destroy cleaner which controls all of space-time across the bleach multiverse.

Just for the record, this is me commenting my own opinions and disagreements with the original post. I am not posting this for toxicity. As well, this might be a lot of posts:
I have a few problems with these arguments:
1: For the Sokyoku meta, we can disregard the “overwhelm everything in existence” as a hyperbolic statement. However, that doesn’t make the statement that it can destroy the world hyperbolic in nature. Those two statements were made independently of each other, with one (overwhelming everything in existence) being from a databook, while the other (it destroying the world) comes from the source material, that being the manga. As well, it having multiple sources (both the letter and Soifon) saying it holds the power of 1 million Zanpakuto . While the first claim can be written off as hyperbolic, the same cannot be said for the others. You’re claiming statement A is hyperbolic because statement B, a statement that talks about the same object statement A talks about, is hyperbolic. It would be like saying any Ichigo statement is hyperbolic, because the databooks say he has “godlike speed”, which is a common hyperbole.
The only part of the letter that was proven to be a lie is who the culprit is, that saying it’s Toshiro, not Gin or anyone else.
Using the fact that Aizen lied about its power actually contradicts the same light novel statement you used. Although he lies for sport, Aizen isn’t one to say things without a purpose. If Sokyoku didn’t have the power to destroy the world, Soifon wouldn’t have supported the statements from the letter by saying it has the power of 1 million Zanpakuto. Therefore, Aizen’s statements on the Sokyoku power can be regarded as reliable.
While we know that the statement on the culprit was a lie, the idea it can destroy the world and holds the power of a million Zanpakuto is supported by external sources.
If the Sokyoku was only made to extract the Sokyoku from Rukia, it logically wouldn’t be possible for anyone to know of the Sokyoku, as it was regarded as being the punishment for the worst criminals. While yes, the purpose for its use during this scenario was to get the hogyoku, its true purpose was something else entirely: killing the worst criminals of the SS.
Again, even Soifon supports the idea that the power of Sokyoku itself is enough to destroy the world. While the culprit of Aizen’s murder is a lie in this scenario, the other statements have been proven reliable by outside sources.
So, the entire Sokyoku debunk you provided relies upon using the letter, saying that the 1 million zanpakuto statement is hyperbolic and unreliable because it only comes from the letter that has lies in it, when actually in truth a character who didn’t know if the letter makes the same exact statement, with no evidence that she was working with Aizen.
Therefore, the Sokyoku argument on it not being planetary is debunked.
2: As for the bleach cosmology argument, we arguably don’t even need to go 19 seconds in without finding easily debunkabke claims you’ve made.
SS only being a planet is blatantly denied by Tousen’s backstory, along with other drawings Kubo has made proving that there are distant galaxies within the world of the living. We know they exist as two separated universes due to the fact they function fundamentally differently, as everything in SS, from the ground to the very atmosphere is comprised of spiritual particles. Both LW and SS are each universal realms, parallel to each other in size.
Life outside of the living world doesn’t need to be proven when Kubo has already depicted entire galaxies existing outside of the living world. Aliens and such don’t need to exist for them to be referring to the entire universe. Also, if it was only the world, it wouldn’t make any sense fundamentally for the realms having been depicted as completely existing within Garganta. This would prove they are in fact universal in size.
I apologize, I didn’t know we were using non canon movies for reference.
Since when are the guides reliable? Especially considering SS and LW work fundamentally different from each other, and separated by an entire hyperspace, which is scalable to a 4D realm, that being the Dangai.
The valley of screams is regarded as another 4D realm, having dominion over space and time.
They’re referring to night time when in reference to the planet. Seeing how it has stars within it (stated and shown within the manga), it only being a planet when it has stars simply does not align with the main narrative of the series.
I would argue that, regardless of size, a realm with dominion over space and time should affect any 3D area.
Are we seriously using the transcendent Aizen mountain destroying argument in an attempt to debunk Sokyoku being planetary, when we see a true Shikai Ichigo evaporate a sea without transcendent Reiatsu?
Even toshiro provides mountain+ level feats with his Shikai, so the whole “AP≠DC” argument comes into play. Same reason Goku with the power of a super Saiyan didn’t destroy the planet with a punch. This argument is kinda dumb, so it really shouldn’t ever be made in a genuine bleach debate.
As well, this was just the pressure coming from their swords colliding. It’s not going to destroy the entire planet, as that’s just the force that’s coming off.
As well, we know that the power in zanpakuto depends heavily on the Reiatsu of the user. This is not only stated by shown. A seemingly fodder Zanpakuto such as Hisagomaru can block a getsuga from a cfyow Ginjo.
Characters in DB gloat about attacks that do relatively the same about of damage, but it doesn’t mean they view a level of damage such as this to be extremely impressive. I mean the release of espada 4+ would already destroy Las Noches as per Ulquiorra, Harribel, and Aizen.
Oh and I apologize for the delay, but Ichigo also destroyed the Taka, which is stated to hold defensive power equal to that of the Sokyoku. So Ichigo destroying it would still put him at above planet levels of power.
Again, it wasn’t made to extract the hogyoku. It was made to punish criminals. It was just used in this case to grab the hogyoku.
So, through the statements of Soifon to support certain portions of the letter, the Sokyoku is in fact planetary/universal in power.
As well, quick side note for the full multiversal meta:
The bleach cosmology contains hell, which Kubo calls a multiverse, using this kanji “多重世界”, which refers to the multiverse theory itself.
So, either way, the bleach cosmology is multiversal.
3: Time for the Las Noches scale.
It’s not exactly contradicted by this, as it’s blatantly shown that it takes a long amount of time to reach one door from another.
Even if we use the tower scaling, it seems a little inconsistent in scaling, as the first scan showcases a number of towers, while the second only showcases 3, so it appears that using pure pixel scaling for this scan appears rather inconsistent, at least in this scenario.
If it was only a large building, the group wouldn’t have needed to rely on Bawabawa to reach it.
Also, Nel remains one of the most reliable sources in the series, not only being a former espada (she would know how large it is) but also being a very fast character in general. Her statements should be considered rather reliable when pixel scaling grows inconsistent.
Granting this as a country level feat is more than enough to be honest. Using the GRC statements (supported by Ulquiorra and Harribel), even the weakest espada in base would be country level, and going off the fact they’re ranked by power, using Yammy before absorbing all the souls as a baseline, and using the minimum for country scaling and using a mid scale for the boost given by Ressureccion, we have:
Country level Yammy and base Aaroniero, large country Aaroniero and base Szael, continental Szael and base Zommari, multi continental Zommari, Grimmjow, Nnoitra, and base Ulquiorra, moon level R1 Ulquiorra and Harribel. Small Planet Barragan and Starkk.
When taken just at face value, it doesn’t seem impressive. But when you apply the fact that this is the weakest characters most destructive feat, it upscales the stronger characters by much more.
We can even scale higher, using the LN to say that base Grimmjow and Luppi (who were able to destroy the sun itself) were fodder to pre arrancar Barragan, as a way to upscale the espada even more.
4: The Hell multiverse meta which I discussed briefly in a previous point:
I’m not gonna use the “Ichigo blew up a multiverse” to scale a relatively non canon version of Ichigo. However, what I will do is take the kanji that Kubo uses to describe it into account. When you simply look up the kanji, it directly refers to the multiverse theory.
The “one universe” that the novels refer to actually only was referring to the universe that SS, LW, and HM originated from, even saying that hell existed even before, before SK placed a seal on it. This not only solidifies the idea that hell is a multiverse, but also helps to solidify the fact SS, LW, and HM together are a universe.
The whole “there’s only one universe in bleach” argument is so outdated it’s genuinely ridiculous.
It’s already been explained the original universe is where the first 3 came from.
5: Gremmy galaxy level to universal meta:
The Gremmy galaxy level to universal meta is arguably one of the most fun games I play when scaling bleach, since it shows how much people who scale bleach actually consumed the material.
The thing about Gremmy’s creations is that he directly scales to it. We’ve seen him be damaged when he attempted to use his hax on something too powerful for him. Saying it doesn’t scale his attack potency doesn’t really make sense, because it’s an ability powers by his Reiatsu, which scales his attack potency.
As well, going off the tiering system, the creation of an object does in fact scale you to it.
This is kind of proven, as it took numerous copies of Gremmy to create this space, with each copy boosting his power by an amount. We saw by him expending energy to create a second version of him, he created a meteor, and by expending more, he created a space with galaxies.
Indirectly, it would scale you to a level comparable to planet level via that hax.
Say a character named Rui split the earth in half with their hax, named “Heaven’s blade”, you’d scale him to planet level, but specifying with Heavens blade.
It’s also literally showcased that Gremmy was physically damaged when attempting to create something that was too powerful for him.
Though, honestly, we can take this creation feat to upscale Kenpachi, as while Gremmy was able to create these galaxies, he was unable to create a body that could defeat an injured Kenpachi.
Need I remind you that Kenpachi was still wearing his eyepatch the entire fight, meaning he was significantly holding back, as we saw a Kenpachi who could hardly scratch a building slice it in half without the eyepatch.
The characters being frightened by it seems to have gotten retconned later on by the anime itself. As only fodder characters were scared of it.
Though even if we ignore that, Gremmy himself imagined that it would kill everyone except him, so there was reason to fear the attack. The light novels directly still explain that Gremmy took on the entirety of the space in order to instantly create it, suggesting that Gremmy was growing far stronger with each clone, eventually gathering enough power to create the entirety of outer space.
I also believe that it was stated that both Gremmy and Kenpachi’s powers went beyond basic understanding (not to say they’re outer or whatever nonsense people claim is beyond human comprehension), so it not making sense mathematically kinda doesn’t apply to a character who can completely create life itself.
Kenpachi was grinning like a mad man and was having fun slicing the meteor in half, so it didn’t appear that he struggled enough for that to be a problem.
I apologize, but looking through both the manga and anime, Kenpachi was just amazed by its size, and didn’t show any signs of struggle. He just wanted a good time and showed no signs of needing help whatsoever.

" unless i purposely lowered my level to allow myself to be interfered with, my spiritual energy could not be sensed by soul reapers" what aizen is basically saying with this is that he has a higher dimensionality then all other soul reapers and that he has to lower his level to the level of the soul reapers so they can even interfere with him or feel his spiritual pressure/reiatsu. This also isn't Some bs as isshin said it feels like fighting nothingness while fighting aizen as if he is not even there to that he adds "the only one who can perceive aizens power right now is someone who is the same state as he " basically confirming his higher dimensionality and the aizen isshin talked about was first transforms aizen. As aizen reaching his higher dimensionality through his transendence/transformation you could equalize every New aizen transformation to a higher dimensionality but this isn't something confirmed the manga . Ichigo even scales above this Version of aizen . As aizen failing to even comprehend Ichigo and asking himself if Ichigo reached a higher dimensionality then himself. This already would make aizen 4d-7d and Ichigo 5d-8d. But the dimensionality doesn't cap at that but firstly i will adress soul Society size. Firstly the soul Society was called a sekai in the novel which means world/universe secondly you can see stars from the soul Society dimension as seen in bleach chapter 148 making it unable to be planet sized atleast galaxy sized . The hell in bleach is a high hierachy construct(which Ichigo was also stated to be able to destroy)making it hyperversal and the garganta which surrounds all bleach realms and contains then and is infinitely large compared to every other realm making it high hyperversal. Finally some extensive Bleach debunking, I don't agree with everything, but I mainly agree with the statement of Human World, Soul Society and Hueco Mundo as planetary in size because it was the way I interpreted when I watched the anime, readed the last arc in the manga and Hisagi's novel years ago. I understood at that time that Bleach's verse Solar System have a more geocentrist vision than a heliocentrist one due to how the Earth (a.k.a. Human World) is so relevant to the events of the series and how it interact with the other realms.

No, you're ignoring context. The hand squishes him AFTER he fully drains ALL of Ares' godly power from the inner support beams and scaffolding of the statue. If you knew about GoW's plot, you'd realize that Ares' power was reabsorbed into the Blade of Olympus BEFORE the hand came down on him. Like it or not, that was an ordinary, non god powered hand of raw materials that brought Kratos to his knees.
Also, Kratos wasn't mortal at that point, or at any other point. He was always a demi god, even when he was blindsided by the falling Colossus. This demi god strength is what carries over to the sequel series. There is nothing impressive about Kratos at all.

He did not stop Cronos from crushing him. If you look carefully, he only survived because he was small enough to duck down into the dent in the titan's palm. Even then, he couldn't budge his titanic hand one bit, needing to drive the Blade of Olympus right into Cronos' palm just to escape the huge hand bearing down on him.
