  • Ingredients
    • 300g Olive oil (in this case from the confit cod)
    • 3g Soya lecithin
    Preparation:
    Heat both elements to 60°C and emulsify to create foam.

      I know this is an old comment, but I got a big container of it at natural grocers. It was granulated so I had to blend it into a powder to get the desired affect but it works well. I live in a pretty small town too so I was lucky to even find it here without ordering online.
