The awd system in my 2016 durango R/T seems to do a better job than this on in a wet twist ditch in my neigborhood. It runs all four wheels all the time 60-40. I put it into low range and just watch the front end doesn't scrape. Is the Mazda a on demand system?
+Brandon Friesen I don't drive far so I'm willing to take a hit for that hemi power. when my warrenty is up, I'm putting a supercharger in it. It does excellent managing traction in situation like the one displayed in this video. seems it's only limitations is ground clearance.
I would rate it's AWD as average but good to know it works. I haven't tested my cx5 yet.
Have you tried turn off the TSC and manually stick to 1st gear?
what is the wiper theory?
That if the car thinks it's wet outside it will change the drive mode
