I was hitting and we were facing someone throwing 100 mlb (10u btw now in 11u) last year and I was rushed to the hospital as well, turns out I had fractured my orbital but luckily it hit my jaw guard because if it didn’t doctors told me it would’ve shattered by jaw and orbital so make sure you water out jaw guards and turn faster than I did
I got hit a line drive by my coach I didn’t get any black eyes but I was bleeding a lot a then the next day I was at my friends and I did a backflip off the swing I face planted on the hard grass
