Thank you for doing this video! This is the exact trip we need to take and the last time we were there was 35 years ago and I am sure many things have changed. Also I am sure we will be jet-lagged after a 11 hour flight and maybe not thinking sharp, so this is a tremendous help.
If you need to go to The Hague Central from Schiphol, it's better to switch at Leiden as the trains to The Hague Central skip Laan van NOI. There are options to take a tram or metro though.. but rarely trains.
If I buy the ticket online for 1400 train, and my flight got delayed and I miss that train, can I use the same ticket to board the next train? Or do I have to buy another ticket? Thanks.
Yes in Europe, however Denver might be by the 2021 statistics, as for 2022 I've found that different websites say different airports based on their own statistics, such as Tokyo Haneda, Dubai, Dallas etc

Got a trip in April. Do I have to tap off in Rotterdam so the system knows where I have travelled?

Or just get a direct train from Schiphol itself, but good shout on the trams in Den Haag.

yes you can use the same ticket the entire day, there's no seat reservation or anything
Can I ask how much this trip costs one way?
Where do you put your luggage?
As I didn't review any space in the video, these trains don't have any designated luggage racks unfortunately.
I presume you mean third busiest airport in Europe, the third busiest airport in the world is Denver
