*Changed my life. I will never eat the same ever again. "Unless you physically trip and your face lands in a box **4.FO/Fatburner**, there is no such thing as a 'slip'." Get that mind set and you'll win again and again.*
Eres un ídolo siempre en mi corazón, hermosa, amor, elecciones, culturales.❤

Great episode. Re-watching it 3rd time now. Heartwarming advices, great empathy and never putting hate on anybody, regardless of what kind of problems people are dealing with. You are kind of people we need more of in today's world. Keep it up boys !!! Cheers

Ethan also said he loves blindly taking the CDC’s advice because “you don’t even have to think about it.” And no, he was not joking, he doubled down on it. He is an utter fool who is now being canceled by his own fan base. You say you love him ; you may not have heard his show in the past few years as he has gone off the deep end.

One of your best episodes yet IMO. Jokes, empathetic, amazing life advice, testimonies and tips from people who are actually producing results, and dildo talk

I’m addicted to honey roasted cashews, it’s not even a joke. It’s got me staring through shop windows like I’m remembering a very sad memory then slowly walking with my head down.

Always informative and motivating content. Stoked to listen to more. Wish I still lived in sac so I could be around like minded people, Idaho isn't known for its health and fitness... keep up the good work fellas. 👏

The same can be said about spending hours everyday sitting down on a podcast which is what Ethan is doing.

"You Ate Pizza" lol. The thing that people need to realize is that the body does not know the names of the food. It only knows the Micro and Macro Nutrients of the food. There are no "Bad" foods.

If 1 hour on the treadmill for 70 years cost you 3 years of time but let’s you live 5-10 years longer in good health why wouldn’t you do it?
Lebron James spends 1 million dollars a year on his body reportedly. His salary is 41 million dollars. If all that prep and attention can extend his career even 1 year he recovers the cost.
At the end of the day it’s all about quality of life and longevity.

lol yeah i dont get it? how is that bad, 3 years? that amount of cardio could EASILY add more than 3 years to your lifetime, definitely not unrealistic at all.
