- In this lesson we are going to
Solve a system of linear equations using LU Decomposition.
Steps Involved
1. We first represent the system in the form Ax = b,
Ax = b, decompose A = LU, L = lower Triangular Matrix and U = Upper Triangular Matrix
LUx = b, let Ux = z......(2), therefore,
Lz = b.....(1)

Which means for u you don't have to make the principle diagonal 1s. We just change the entries under the leading entries to zero
