What a great way to put the abandoned mine into good use. Looks stunning! Good job to the people who thought of this idea. Thanks National Geographic for sharing.
Come and visit. :)
I've been there 2 times already, and it's awesome. The air is so clear down there, once you come up, the air itself is so gros to breath in, because it was clear down there. You should definitely visit :)
Azliana Lyana I disagree. I think it was a waste of space. Could do a lot more with the little space leftover on this Earth than more entertainment bs. Not to mention being 400 feet underground with roller coasters shaking I don't like it lol
there's no roller coaster in there.
@@7ItalianStallion it not only for entertainment, it all so a treatment for people with breathing problems, that`s why you have activity`s staying there for few hour`s a day can be boring without nothing to do.
It is not an amusement park. Is a health facility, where the people must spend up to few hours, for lungs issues. That's why they designed these devices, for spending time in a pleasant way.
This would be awesome, until the power goes out.
Flashlights
Wyd Liez the elavator still wouldn't.
Hope they have reliable backup generators...
They should use bioluminescent

Great 👍 video. Thanks for sharing. I'd definitely bring a 1,500+ lumen flashlight 🔦 just in case of an unforseen power outage or blackout. 😁

@kripparian didn't know your house was so big!
Well fire will not be to much of a problem because salt mines are known for almost never having fires and this must likely the place to be in a nuclear attack if you don't have a Bunker

So why doesn,t the water desolve the salt ?.
ninja2kernow because water can dissolve salt only before it gets saturated. Otherwise, a drop of water would dissolve all the salt in there...
I bet this gives the Russians ideas as to what to do with their salt mines in Siberia!!??
