Dang i have yet to catch on a chatter bait at TB! I live there on weekends for the past 7 years and mostly fish mid lake around or north of the bridge. I will try more as i fish further south for the spawn.
@Johnny piper we have been catching the majority on chatterbaits. We will start throwing plastics when they actually move up to spawn, but as long as they are in prespawn a chatterbait will be in our hands.
@Bent Rods Guide Service awesome, you been catching more on that white or green pumpkin red color? You think 15lb fluro is good line size to use with a chatterbait?

They eat them north of the bridge too. We caught them around preachers cove and blue lake on a red jackhammer the other day
With the lake being full, can you catch them shallow with chatter baits now, or is it too early?
We are catching a lot of good fish on a chatterbait right now.
