You should never strive for this type of gameplay. Game abusing mechanics (ledge manipulation), stretch resolution, super meta weapons/ammo, etc is all the top 0.01% of players. It is an unrealistic, unattainable goal and as much as I despise it, the dude is on such a high level it’s completely bonkers. There’s people that play like this in the numbers under 100.
I feel like getting better at tarkov comes in stages. You get more knowledge, then more skill, then the muscle memory. I feel all of these clips are from the (obvious hyperbole) millionth time you've had these fights.

It's suppposed to be realistic, not apex legends. This happens to every game eventually though, esports and movement like this always become meta when people become good enough and it is ruined for players like me who only play after work and school.
