Nice talk. Interesting showcase! The benefits are clear immediately. I sort of do the same with the architectural designs for my clients. A back and forth between sketching, SketchUp, Unreal & VR. The 3d model holds all the important elements. Clients, contractors etc can easily understand the design in VR. Some even buy a headset themselves so they can always experience the design at home, not just at meetings at my office. By updating and sharing changes online clients can evaluate them in their own headset at a moment of their choosing. This is more effective and reduces traveling & additional meetings.
Shame on Epic for not having Datasmith work with Blender. Blender would of really helped in the process shown. It could of produced the drawings and kept everything as polygonal modelling. Using Sketchup with the FBX files must have been awkward.
This is the real deal. Very generous share.
Wooah, fantastic job, thank you very much for sharing it! ❤
Love this! Similar process how we work with TM in the exhibition and events industry. Always happy to remind my boss the power of this process 👍
Very informative, great presentation. Love that you are mixing in twinmotion! Pre-viz does not just have to be Unreal Engine 5!

is twin motion like a UE plugin?

No shame necessary. If you have an idea, implement it.
It's useful to work with CAD for fabrication.
