They don't really sell figma figures in stores in the US. They are usually for sale at anime-cons or comic- cons. But they are available online at amiami and Hobby Link Japan.

What did you use to make the eyes blink?

I used Adobe Photoshop and Arcsoft Photostudio to edit the face, eyes, and mouth to change their expressions.

The faces had to be redrawn since there are no standard templates to use like in anime animation.

Is not it harder to redraw? If you are using Adobe Photoshop, you can patch it.
In addition, characters can get the weapon directly. You've got a radiation-type system.
