      His personal wealth is absurd - who knows how much, but it's not particularly important. How him and his tribe really exude power is in controlling other people's money, and using that to, not completely own, but own JUST ENOUGH (a controlling interest - 10% to 25%) of everything. All of the assets managed by BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street combined are something like $23 TRILLION.

    For a few months now I have been searching tirelessly for information on how to start investing. I even paid $400 for a course that I now regret. It appears that there is no structured guide for beginners on how to get started in this realm. I’ve come across several investors making well over $250k/annual and I would be grateful if anyone on here could provide insights on how to get started, identify potential stocks when to make an entry, exit etc

      Keep it simple in the beginning. Buy something, like an index fund, and hold. Educate yourself in the meantime and elevate your risk tolerance over time.

      In order to make profits from trading you need loads of experience and a well-defined strategy, which most traders don't have. If you trade without the proper preparation, you're most likely to lose your money. Identify the buy/sell ratios and identify the market leaders and most importantly. Diversify! this will help you spread the risk

      Inflation is created by the government/fed, by both shutting down the economy thus reducing output & massively increasing the money supply. Flooding the money supply without increased production reduces demand for dollars causing real inflation.

Inflation, sever drought in the farm belt, the pandemic, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating fuel shortages, baby formula shortage, shortage of and price of available cars, the price of housing. It's all coming together and could lead to real disaster toward the end of this year.(or sooner)

    This man has had the largest impact on pushing up real estate prices through his firm’s artificial demand in buying up blocks of houses and then renting them out. At the same time, he will likely have the largest impact on bringing down the housing market as his firm looks to unload real estate assets in favor of some other asset class. Crazy and a true US only phenomenon

      I’m a real estate broker. They absolutely are. Blackrock and other companies, have been buying up TONS of homes to turn into rentals. One Canadian company bought 800 homes in the U.S. in just one month. This, combined with new home rates of building never catching up from the 2008 crash, certainly contributed to inventory being at all time lows in the last year, and home prices shot up to insane levels. Housing prices are simply unaffordable for the average working family. Rental prices are as well. We need an affordable sustainable housing market and it is not there right now, could take years for inventory to catch up.

      Mr. Fink contradicted himself after mentioning + 2 Million legal immigrants in 5 years then following up on how the infrastructure bill and how wages are going to rise due to the shortage of workers.       So I'm supposed to believe that as we in the West head toward inflationary stagflation followed by depression in a world where only Russia, China, India, the Middle East and Africa are actually growing and have access to all the cheap oil, potash, palladium and other critical minerals, that ESG being forced upon our populations when the average family can't even afford the price of an electric vehicle (which is also in limited supply) is somehow going to save us?     Inflation has been exacerbated by the ESG policies that many fund managers have been pushing. A large proportion of inflation is due to lack of energy supply. This was partially caused by the ESG movement.

      They bet on the fall of economy because it's profiting to stimulate shortages. It's a bank and nothing goes in or out. When Blackrock sell the value drops by 20% even if their investment is only 5% the reason why is because 5% of a company is a lot. How many companies are able to buy 5% of a company in a day.

I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are great, I say this because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.she gave me that financiaI freedom I needed

For the record, I started working with melisa in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends

    When Larry talks about the demand being high and the supply being low for the fuel of such high inflation all I can think about is the hundreds of ships that sat off the coast of California and wondering why they were not being unloaded? You'll make a lot of money in the long term if you stay invested and ignore the market's ups and downs; but, a major market correction triggers a lot of margin calls and sell-offs, sending the market further lower. In a bull market, people become greedy, and it's nearly impossible to resist the urge to buy additional stocks with borrowed money or money they don't have.

      In my POV this depends on the nature of immigration. If you only let cheap agricultural workers into the country, I would agree this is deflationary. If you let highly skilled people into the US, doctors, IT professionals etc. I assume this is highly inflationary as they can demand higher wages.

      I think he is saying that the downtrend of immigration (less immigrants) is causing wage inflation. Less worker, higher wage you have to pay to get employees, so it is inflationary.

      No, he is saying precisely the opposite. He said, very clearly -- and with good economic sense -- that _reducing_ the number of immigrants has been inflationary. Makes sense, right? Reducing the availability of labor means that the price goes up, all other things being equal. So he's not "blaming immigrants for inflation" -- he's blaming _reductions_ in immigration for inflation. Which is the opposite of what you suggest.
