- Today I received my first custom fishing rod! I am going to put it to the test wrangling some big peacocks and some sneaky bass!
Thanks to @evansboysfishing and A&E custom rods for building this beautiful spinning rod!
God that Stradic has fought in 3 world wars, raised 8 kids, lost everything in the great depression then won it back on a wild gambling trip to Vegas 😭😭😂😂

Awesome rod and huge Peacock Bass!! I like how you showed the casts that didn’t end up with a hookset. So many TH-camrs just show the hookups and give a false impression that every cast results with a fish! Enjoying the solo content Trey!

A friend goes to Brazil to catch Peacocks and said the huge ones there will tear up a brand new reel’s drag. lol Peacocks are at the top of my list. I’m trying to put a trip together to get down towards Miami to catch some.

At the top of my list of favorite fish to catch it flathead cats. Nice rod and reel combo.
Bucket fish-
Saltwater: blue marlin, the bigger the better.
Freshwater: a record sized flathead catfish
Hmm, I think an Ayo Fish. It was tough choosing between a Norm, Yak, Trey, and Ayo Fish, but I made the hard choice and will stick with it. I want to catch the Ayo Fish.
My dream catch for fresh is Saratoga a big one and for salt a dolfinfish. A big barramundi.
