what is the technique in putting the blue deflector dish on the bottom of the saucer because i'm trying to make my own akira but the deflector dish is an issue for me.

I have the instructions for my Akira for free on Rebrickable, you can check out what i did. For deflectors I usually use hinge plates and attach it to a dish. Same technique was used in my Sovereign.
