Awesome video, great footage and incredible insider information! Thank you friend
Thanks so much!☺️
if you want to see the city from above, but don't want to pay the £25 for the london eye, Tate Modern is a 20ish minute walk along the Thames, and has a tower with a 360 balcony view. It's free and has coffee shop as well.
Amazing!! Thanks for the tip :)
Adding these to my list!!
I’m so glad! Thanks for watching!!

great vlog thank you
Thanks so much for watching!
thanks to these videos, it really helped a lot, getting an idea how to get around, and estimate your time..we spent there a full week, and its still wasn't enough London's a huge city.. just To add, if you have at least 6 hour layover and can get out of the airport, I recommend just going to Windsor, the castle and the town, would give any Potter or Narnia fan, that magical vibe..you can tour the area for 2-3 hours and get back to Heathrow in 20-30 min via Cab or Uber..
Thanks for sharing! Yeah I agree, there’s so much to do within London and the surrounding areas- it’s overwhelming! And great rec about Windsor castle- but if they only had a few hour layover they’d have to pick seeing London city center (stuff in the video) OR Windsor castle, they definitely couldn’t do both unless they had 2 days

Thanks for watching!!😊
Staying in London for a day after a cruise. Would you recommend staying near Heathrow or city? Flight out is late morning.
Hi! Amazing. I’d recommend staying in the city so you can make the most of your one day. If you stay near the Piccadilly line or Elizabeth line, they’ll get you to Heathrow pretty quick (under an hour depending on exactly where you’re staying)
Or if you’re willing to spend a little more, you can take the Heathrow express from Paddington which gets you to Heathrow in 15 min! So definitely stay in the city and use one of these options to get to the airport :)
Always been miles for roads. We still think in pounds and ounces as well as kilograms. Also the gallon of petrol is 8 pints, but obviously we buy in litres now. And we spell correctly lol like metre centre colour etc!!
I don’t necessarily think there is a correct spelling or way to pronounce things as every English speaking country does things a little differently! (US, NZ, AUS, CAN, SA, IRE, etc.)
@@SheRunTheWorld I think there is UK started it, the rest of you are exports and obviously tweaked it over the years!!

I like your city itinerary reviews! I've been to London multiple times and never regretted it.
You've done London, Brussels, Vienna and Bratislava. Are you planning on doing the European capitals?
Aw thanks so much!! I’ve been to nearly all of them already (years ago) so whatever I revisit while I live here in London I’ll make a video for :)
What 1/2 day itinerary would you recommend to do the 1st day we land from the US? Arriving around 9am to LHR and staying in Leicester Square area.
If you land at 9am you’d have enough time to fit in this whole itinerary! I also have a 3-day itinerary if you are staying in London longer :)
All I will say is BILLY CONNOLLY regarding the fountain 😅
😂😂
Leicester Square, pronounced 'Lester'
Ahhh thank you. I struggled hard with that one lol!!
It's a bit like Worcestershire Sauce, isn't it? 🤣
Lester square
Thanks!
have you started learning British English?
No, I’m fine with my American English ☺️
@@SheRunTheWorld you live in Britain! You must know and learn their language! Especially when you say pants😉
