Hi Sandy. Thanks for promoting my home town Amsterdam. I have never been to the Nachtwacht but will definitely go visit it. By the way, the 'Nachtwacht' is a famous painting. It is located in the 'Rijksmuseum'. Maybe you can visit this Museum next time when you are in Amsterdam. In July I will go to Milwaukee. First time in the USA. Very exiting! We have rented a bike and will ride around the great lakes. Many thanks to you and John for making these great movies on TH-cam!
I enjoyed the video for check rides were Great! I am the retired FAA AIR TRAFFIC MANAGER NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.29 years at KEWR. Fly Safe! Enjoy your Harley!
Cool video Sandy glad you requalified your flying licence!!! Amsterdam is a beautiful place was there in the early 90's! Stay safe out there obtw who won the tour pack! Peace!!
Training is always good. We appreciate you. Those building WTF what if the stilts were to crack insane, and I don’t know why I was thinking you was really got to SPAT on them lmao
Hi Sandy , have been watching your videos for a while now and find them very uplifting and inspiring, keep up the good work ..Cheers mate , Danny from Queensland Australia…
Aviation amazes me each and every day! Living by JFK and seeing all these planes flying across the globe with precise punctuality is truly a phenomenal achievement by mankind. In addition, the logistics of routes, passenger occupancies, handling luggage, equipment, etc. etc. is mind blowing. Question: Do these airlines make money or are there government subsidies that keep them "afloat"? With all the overhead involved, I can't see airlines as being a profitable business.
So glad you got your recert Sandy. So love the videos that you and John post. Wanted to be a airline pilot, but wasn't in the cards. Got my private early on and owned my own plane for a long time. Haven't flown for a while due to health. Love my Harley, but as a pilot, I know you can relate to what DaVinci stated....When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward. For there you have been, and there you will always long to return - Leonardo da Vinci.
Thank you for keeping us safe up there , the countless training hours you guys put up with in order to keep public safe while flying those planes is phenomenal to me , I drive buses for a transit here in California and we do go through retraining every year as well but nothin compares to you guys . The bike is a beast after that 30/30 cam , I have a 107 Roadglide and now thinking about trading it in for a low rider ST after your upgrade, have fun with it and ride safe bruh .
Being from England , I enjoyed your video of good old blighty with you and your daughter. One question though you stopped in greenwood lake NY, for a cup of cauaffee what's that.?
Very cool video Sandy! Had a couple of those rare flight incidents in the past (blown engine while going down the runway during takeoff; and a quick escape while landing in Philly, we were maybe 100m from the ground and the pilot pointed the plane back into the sky while the engines went full force, OMG that was wild). But pilots handle those incidents so professionally that it actually cemented my trust in flying. Let me know when you are going for those rides in northern Jersey and NY I am very close and my BMW RT could use some HD company. 😅 PS, next time you are in Amsterdam try to go to an Argentine steakhouse. There are a few in the city.
It was amazing to hear of all the training that piloys have to keep up with. All travellers are greatful for your continued professionalism. Therefore you deserve a little rest and "wind therapy". It was actually neat to hear engines only while you and Cyclefanatix were rolling down the highway. That cam has really changed your bike. Sounds great when you twist the throttle.

So Sandy.... Is it fly , then layover 1 or 2 days then fly again for international flights or does your schedule vary ?
It usually is a 1-3 night lay over.
