I just bought the olive oil one today and planed to use tomorrow so haven't opened. I only seen the olive oil one used by people in the past until was in the store and saw there were different ones. I got the green since was the only one I've seen people use in the past. Haven't tried a gel in many years and never Eco. I am disappointed to see what you are seeing with integrity compromised and false advertising. Wish I would've watched your video before buying. This is important. Thank you. You have beautiful hair and the older Eco side definitely was much better than the new re-formulation Eco side.
Thank you for watching! I love to use gels, especially in the summer. Even though the new ECO formulation wasn't all that I had hoped it to be, I'm hoping you have better luck with it. Keep in mind, everyone's hair is different. If you would like some other gel suggestions I have a playlist of my favorites.
I tried the Eco Styler Olive Oil in 2022 and found that it did absolutely nothing. My hair ate it up and I had no cast, no feeling of product in my hair, and still frizz. I ended up throwing it out- it was less than $3! Side note- those blouses look lovely on you!
Thank you for sharing your results trying Eco Styler Olive Oil. And thank for the kind comments on my sleeveless shirt. I rarely get new clothes these day, because I just don't need them. I haven't wore out what I have. 🙂
@@lifeoffinecurls that’s a good mentality to have. It’s so tempting to buy all the new Amazon/Target/Walmart clothing seen on social media but in the end, it’s a good reminder that most people don’t need all of that.
damn, i was hoping to replace my current gel with this, but now i'm iffy about it. maybe i'll layer it with a defining curl cream underneath. thanks for you review, it was really helpful!
The last time I used Eco (argan) was probably 4 years ago. I had to stop using Eco because it just didn't agree with me. I would get a little bit of irritation of my eyes and a little breakout on my forehead 😣... But other than that, it made my hair shiny and less frizzy. It also made my hair flat no matter how much I would scrunch the crunch, so in the end it was my go to for slick down ponytails.

Yes, same here, I have the Eco Olive Oil and read all of the great reviews about it and it did nothing, it was a huge flop for me.

I'm so glad to hear you found my review helpful! 😊
Wow, it seems like they have less argan oil in there now.
Definitely
If you've tried any ECO Styler gels I'd love to know which one, and whether you liked it or not.

It seems like Eco likes to change their ingredients every 5 or 6 years I've noticed 🤦♀️🤦♀️
That's interesting to know. I only started experimenting with different products around 2019, but didn't buy my first ECO till around 2021.
@@lifeoffinecurls I first started using Eco in 2011 😊
