    I dislocated mines going to do a skull crusher and we weight just took my arm past parallel and ripped the bone out the socket, only happened 3 months ago now on the mend💪🏻

      i used to think that will never happen to me to untill i accsidently hit the backside of the chair while doing ez bar skull crushers and it just popped out , belive me ur not invincible
