ALWAYS explore the map as much as possible and ALWAYS do available side quests BEFORE story missions. That's the best way to Develop your skills and knowledge of the game as well as level up so you're not fumbling through story missions.
@D'Mani Ali you don't have to, nothing is missable so you can always come back after finishing the story. But that's how you get stronger is by finding all the stuff around the map and doing side quests
Also, that ancient axe light runic attack is the best for the axe and can dominate Valkyries, Ancients, and other bosses. However, it is best not to use it for multi target which is something you still shouldn’t be doing unless your enemies are fireproof because Blades of Chaos are much better than the axe for multi target
I’m not fully knowledgeable in the axe heavy runic attacks or the blades light/heavy runic attacks but I think the best blade heavy runic that I have is the one that can hit up to like 8 enemies at once (you throw one blade to one side and the other blade to the other side and a massive pillar of flame springs up and the pillar can appear on 8 targets.) I think that’s how it works but again I haven’t played it against multiple targets since 2-3 days ago. I’ll probably change my reply accordingly or delete the reply and just add it to the main comment when I get a full answer with a less confusing description

I love getting the Valkyrie armor and then just going through and beating all the Valkyries over and over again starting a new game plus carrying over my items my character became so busted
@@TurtlesInTheSun_ I like the Zeus armor as well but I mean like the Valkyrie armor and the talismans that you get for defeating the Valkyries cuz they have the best ones so you could potentially have every slot be like max numbers which will make the Zeus armor even more broken

And like something happens to kratos then he has to hand down the blades of chaos to Loki because of what the dwarves said in the first game those blades are a family heirloom and he's like no that'll never happen meaning it's probably going to happen lol foreshadowing. And of course the picture of them on the wall where it looks like kratos's spirit is leaving his body and Loki is holding kratos like that will be either the end game or happen at the beginning and then the main character switches and we become Loki throughout the rest of the game and now it's a quest to avenge kratos That would be dope
I recently played through this again and decided to beat it on ‘give me god of war’ mode. If you want a stressful play through for the reward of two shields, then this is the game mode for you

I solved a game breaking glitch that prevented you from loading at certain points in the game. Check your enchantments & don't keep too many. I kept 20 only. The ones the game forces you to keep are alright. Check your Enchantment inventory & sell off any you do not need. Hope this helps! 👍
Please explain further? I have over 100 enchantments and read a comment where someone had over 300. Ive been wondering if theres a limit, but ive been fine so far and I check them all the time. What made you think the limit is so low?
@@davem4086 Towards the end of the game you may encounter this glitch just before you go into the world serpent where having too many enchantments may actually prevent you from loading your current save. Its generally a good idea to SELL off any extra you do not need & keep at least 20. Although the limit may be a little higher.

Those going into God Of War (2018) for the first time, either on a console or a pc, are really in for a good game. Here's something for first time player's. Once you've finally reached the peak of the mountain you've first set out for don't think that it's gonna be so simple.
Zeus Armor increases the damage of Kratos' attacks, but comes with a risk of dying to 2-3 hits. Both effects grow significantly as more pieces of the Zeus armor set are worn. I don't see anything on the percentiles for the damage dealt/received.
I don't know % values, but I have played the game and beat the valkeries on GMGOW a few times and it is definitely the best armor in the game. Just combine it with switched stance chaos of blade attacks and be happy

Too bad the accomplishments achieved in this game do not carry over into Ragnarok. How cool would it be if they did though, am I right? The incentive to pursue these high achievements in GOW would be exponentially amplified if only they weren’t lost and made completely irrelevant when playing Ragnarak.
Yes do be scared lol .gmgow was one of the hardest game challenges I've ever had to do lol that was a few years ago and I had already beat the game 2 times before I did it.

I beat this game on the hardest difficulty at least 3 or 4 times, but I have a question about something that always bothered me. I hope someone here can answer this. Ok so the very first time you beat some of the Valkyries you get the yellow/gold enhancement. Later when you beat them you get a red better version of that engagement. This is my problem and question. I remember NOT getting one or two red enhancements from beating the Valkyries. I always felt cheated. was it a drop? Was I supposed to save it before the fight and beat her until the red dropped? Thx!

I just assumed it automatically dropped once you got the kill. When it wasn’t dropped I was confused. Maybe one day I will play the whole game again and get them. Thx

Works great for me. Had to disable integrated graphics in windows to get it to run though. Almost returned it but thankfully Googled the issue and was a very quick fix.

If its the purple sort of aura bubble then its basically thanos infinity gauntlet which you get from a side quest which slows time briefly and uses a homing shot on enemies.
NG+ level 1 on give me god of war difficulty. So stay level 1 with your gear, but you may fill up the level 1 diamond, but it is not allowed to go to level 2. If you can beat the game like this, then you've mastered it. I have done it, so it is possible. Watch "game breaker god ' his videos if you need some lessons in how to play this game.

Stand to the left of center in the circle, make sure you see the whole temple in front of you, use your aim button when looking at everything and be quick about it. If you hear a bell sound you are doing it right. Took me about 10 tries to find the right speed and be accurate enough.

One you collect the materials for and the other one you buy with hacksilver which is the main money in the game. Usually(not always) the crafted gear is better.
If one item increases your character level more than something else that's a good start until you learn what style of combat you want to build towards.

That’s a horrible tip , explore after you finish the game. The side areas and side quests reward the best gear crafting items sockets and talismans etc. Besides the experience you will gain to make the game easier.
Fantastic game although the devs were clearly either experimenting or ran out of ideas when they created Niflheim. It's pretty weak compared to the rest of the game.

Does anyone know? The % of the zeus armor? How much % damage does Kratos suffer from attacks? And how much bonus damage does Kratos deal?

So I've put roughly 56 hours into the game so far and as far as I can tell everything is working perfectly and is well optimized
So far, the best port I’ve ever seen. Running smooth as butter and just as amazing an experience as my first play through on PS4

Stand to the left of center in the circle, make sure you see the whole temple in front of you, use your aim button when looking at everything and be quick about it. If you hear a bell sound you are doing it right. Took me about 10 tries to find the right speed and be accurate enough.
You also have to complete the game once and then you can get it in new game plus. You can get a new rarity called perfect

whats the difference between buying armor and crafting armor?
One you collect the materials for and the other one you buy with hacksilver which is the main money in the game. Usually(not always) the crafted gear is better.

i've never understood this concept of getting new bosses after the main story who gives you FUCKING EPIC & LEGENDARY ITEMS. like.. what for? ... still one of the best games and stories ever made

That’s a horrible tip , explore after you finish the game. The side areas and side quests reward the best gear crafting items sockets and talismans etc. Besides the experience you will gain to make the game easier.
Fantastic game although the devs were clearly either experimenting or ran out of ideas when they created Niflheim. It's pretty weak compared to the rest of the game.

Hey guys can someone help me out here I’m having some issues with downloading god of war on my ps4 slim I can both copy the game off the game disk and update it but once I start the application it says I need to download another update however it says that the update is gonna take like 50 thousand hours please someone help me out here
do you have any games running? if so put your ps4 on rest mode, i got an original ps4, just the updated version , most games download quicker that way
@@pxmavr no every other application including stuff like Netflix is closed and I’m not downloading any other game except god of war also the loading screen only shows up when I’m on the main menu of the game and it dose not download while The ps4 is in rest mode
