My favorite part of a ramp test is it takes less time than a full FTP test, and I can still go out later in the day and do an easy swim or run after a few hours recovery.

Ok first, that ftp is LEGIT. Well done. Second, the whole test in aero... was that from your coach or just the way you played it? I switch to the horns after about 250w (similar ftp).
thank you! yep I race in aero + train in aero, so I wanted my FTP to be measured in aero as well. it could have been artificially inflated if I were able to use the horns for leverage in the final intervals
keep an open mind. Rarely does a triathlete’s race day expectations meet reality. You’ll have ups and downs at unexpected times but that’s half the fun! Go with the flow and don’t let anybody take your day away from you
It's an Eight Sleep bed-similar to Sleep Number but in my opinion much better. It does a much better job at cooling and heating throughout the night to help regulate your temperature as you sleep
305 is super high for someone her size! Her watts per kilo would be through the roof ... She's a super talented athlete, so I imagine mid 200s is definitely possible!!

Although couldn't believe how critical Jenny was of your form; that you were too stiff in your upper body, perhaps implying you could have gone faster for those 5km. Jenny you didn't ask your coach the three crucial questions? You fundamentally need to Re-vamp your "mindset". It ain't there at all. :( but keep at it, because another crucial aspect in participating in any sport/events, is simply " BEING CONSISTENT "

She races and will probably do most intervals on the aero bars so it makes sense to test the same way.
