Its so difficult when you lose a beloved pet. After loosing both my dogs, I realised how much my daily routine revolved around them. They got me out everyday, rain or shine. I felt silly for being overwhelmed with grief so thank you for talking so honestly about your experience of losing beautiful Bonnie. I too love the coast and being by the sea definitely fills my cup! Also stopping anywhere for coffee! A day out isn’t complete without a coffee stop! ❤

Loved watching this just now. I really enjoy your book reviews. Mooching around shops is so satisfying. I love the idea of a "me day" as we all forget to look after ourselves and prioritise everything else in life before ourselves. I've currently got back into reading and love a good chic read that I can lose myself in and don't need to concentrate too much xx

Absolutely loved this video, I had plans today for the same thing. I know I've got a busy rest of the week as my niece turns 18 on Wednesday so that takes priority, so wanted today to be day where I read my book and took myself for lunch etc, sadly it didn't turn out that way but I'll try again on Friday as that's the next free day I have. Brogan my heart breaks for your loss 💔I have gone through it myself and know how devastating it is. I am the same way with grief, I try to keep myself busy and throw myself into tasks. Unfortunately the only way out of grief is through it. Take time to sit with the feelings in the quiet, as hard as it is. ❤ There will be healing ahead. While you may not be ready for another pup yet, I found that as soon as I got another dog - it helped immensely. I have an even stronger bond with him, which I didn’t think possible. There will be better days ahead. ❤

Love your cozy home vlogs, Brogan! I could completely relate to how you tried on so many clothes, but just bought one thing. We just came back from a beach vacation, and before we left I tried to find a few new things that I liked, but most times I would end up with nothing working which of course made me loathe my body. Reading has been my little escape lately, and I wanted to share a book that I read at the beach called, “This Summer Will Be Different”, by Carley Fortune. I really enjoyed it, and think you might too! Oh and I also loved you sharing the photos that you and your mom went through. They were adorable!! I hope that you’ll have more happy days than sad going forward.💗Thank you for sharing your vlogs with us!
I loved this video! Love the idea of taking yourself out on a little self-care date. I can’t do a full day, but i can definitely incorporate some self care into my days this week around work, so i shall take a note from your book ✨
Brogan, I totally agree with you about ACOTAR - I jumped into it right after Fourth Wing but struggled alot with it. I stuck with it because everyone says you should. It was well worth it the rest of the books are awesome....I couldn't put them down. But you have to be in the right mind set simply because its hard work to get through it (which reading shouldn't be). Take your time & go back to it when you are ready, then enjoy the rest of the series.

You’re really inspiring me to pick up more books and get reading again…it was so much easier when I was younger and now I tend to just hoard books and say “one day…”
As for ACOTAR - I have read those, and I’ll be another one to encourage you to get to book 2 😂 took forever to get through book 1, but books 2 and 3 took me about a week total…I finished book 2 on vacation and had to find the closest Barnes and Noble to keep going!

A really lovely vlog. I was wondering if you’ve ever had your colours done? When I was trying to figure out my style my friend suggested it so we booked and went together. It was fun and relaxed but I learnt a lot about the colours that suit my skin tone eyes hair colour etc, most definitely gave me confidence when buying clothes and my style has evolved and I love it.
On a more sombre note. Let yourself go through the grieving process sometimes too much work and distraction puts it on hold. Allow it to happen, you will get there. Take care and look after you 😊

Hi, new viewer! The grief from losing a beloved pet is devastating and very painful to move on from especially when you WFH but what I think isn’t talked about much is wedding day / honeymoon blues! So much planning and time dedication goes into these things that once they are over normal married life begins and you start to slow down it can be a massive change from the past year or 2 of organising. Loving the all the vlogs and time does heal

I also have that kindle stand, did you know you can get a remote for your kindle on the stand and not having to swipe remote in your hand it's perfect lol lol I read acotar whilst listening on audio as well as following with my eyes lol makes it easier I'm not a big fantasy reader x

I had been feeling the same, which is frustrating bec I have so many wonderful things in my life. I’ve gotten back into reading this year and wanted to do 24 in 24…I’m on #35 🤣. I just booked vacation for the end of June and I’m working on consistency at the gym. We got this!! 😊
I loved spending the day with you ,have just watched and its cheered me up.already, I like to have some time to myself, I'm just going to do some pilates and then go for a walk. I would also like to finish my current book which is short stories by jojo moyes and then start The Housemaid 😊

The first ACOTAR-book was a struggle for me to get through, however i finished books 2-3-4 in a heartbeat.
Currently debating if I’m going to read some of the other books in the ACOTAR-world.
