My sansui k2k 21inch does not power on....led power indicator does not glow.. But required voltages are ok (120,27,12 and 17 volts at secondary supply)120 at eht, 5 volts at both croma ic and memory ic , 5 volts at tuner, 17 volts at sound section, 5 volts at IR and led but does not have voltage in vertical section because of eht is not on and 24 volts at driver transformer.... What would be the problem..?
