If I had a planner, I would choose one that is spiral bound so it could lay flat on the table. But I love the fact that you use such an inexpensive planner. You're right that a lot of homeschoolers don't need planners at all. I never owned a planner all these years, but I had one back when I was a school teacher.
Great job ! I'm using one right now for a weekly journal for my add momma brain to get all my to dos done and it has helped so much and I'm getting used to what I like and don't like with it through summer then I can start fresh when our new homeschool year starts July 1 here in missouri! No planners work for me as much as I want them too and I like I can change it up weekly or daily if I don't like something!
Your bullet journal is gorgeous! I love your pages! I am a bullet journaler too although not specifically for homeschool. My bullet journal is pretty much my 'journal'...all the big and small things I want to keep track of, and I love it. I like that you included a list of weekly rotations of house cleaning tasks.
I love this idea! I keep going back and forth with what kind of planner to use but can't seem to decide because I can't find all I want in ONE *decently* priced planner. I love the idea of a bullet journal because its totally customizable! Thank you!
I like your ideas! I'm more of a journaler instead of a planner type. That is, I write in mine more like a diary. I draw in mine when I want to remember certain diagrams or how my decor looked for a special event. No, I am not an artist! But it's my journal. =) I don't use any tape in mine, but yours looks nice. I'm so basic, my pen test page only has one pen tested. LOL - I have all kinds of things in mine, from budgeting to holiday events. I really like the calendar on a page or two idea too. Your books read pages are great! So helpful!

One of the things I loved about this one is that is does lay flat! And it's pretty 😁 but it's nice that we can all use whatever works for us!
I know bullet journals work well for some people, but I just cannot make them work for me. I really do love the tabs.

You sound so much like me! I love being able to customize it!

Great ideas! I really loved the read aloud page! What a fun way to keep track of the books y’all have read!
11:11 i like the idea of a visual bookshelf
I love the idea of a bullet journal but I hate clutter so idk if it would work for me!

Yes! This has been such a great answer to my dilemma this year too! Cheap and customizable for what you want and need!
Cool journal! I’ve never bullet journaled! Looks so pretty and organized!
Love the journal! It looks well-made like it would last.
This is so helpful! I'm going to buy a bullet journal now. Thank you!
Yay! I'm so glad. You will love it!
Your journal is so pretty! I was always a little overwhelmed at the thought of a bullet journal but this made it seem doable!
It’s only overwhelming because of the community, I highly recommend reading Ryder’s book.

Thank you! I think one of the coolest parts is that no one's journals will looks exactly alike! We can make it fit our own personality and style! 😁
