- Ramayana is one of the two greatest Indian epics. Ramayana was composed by the great sage Valmiki, sometime in or around 5th Century BCE giving a detailed account of Prince Rama's exile, his quest to rescue his beloved wife Sita with the help of an army of monkeys and then his return as a Prince of Ayodhya.
Based in the Treta Yuga, the Ramayana leans more towards an ideal state of things : Ram being Maryada Purushottam, Sita an ideal wife, Lakshman and Bharat the ideal brothers and Hanuman the ideal devotee.

Lord Ram was never considered to have superpowers or something totally unbelievable. He was an Ideal person embodying kindness, empathy and divine goodness. Stories can be exaggerated over time so there's no reason to say that whole Ramayan was fiction. Even though it could be..

The meaning of this verse is that the demon king Ravana by force made Rambha sit on the rock and then engaged in sexual pleasure *_"forcefully had intercourse with her"._*

but as stated in ramayan when lord shri ram held his bow&arrow against lord varun(god of seas) to give him way ,he appeared just in last seconds of his shot , then god varun told lord rama about his forced conditions that why cant he give way to them and their army ...and suggested to make a bridge of stones naming rama to them and the arrow which was aiming towards lord varun ..he suggested to shoot it at a mountain which was cursed with destruction of demons . so thats how that volcanic eruption occured and those stones appeared there😅
