Hi Nick @NicksBackyardBlooms , In case Linette doesn’t read comments do you know what varietal of phlox she is growing? I’ve been looking for that exact look in phlox and have grown two that aren’t the right color. Thanks in advance!

Since I was little I always wanted a carriage house😍 Of course growing up in the dessert of Arizona on the Colorado River, and living since 77' here in South East Texas at age 64 it will always have to be a dream. It would be WONDERFUL if you could do a follow-up video when the Carriage house is complete. Once again, thank you for sharing your STUNNING home with us.

Linette’s home is gorgeous! When you toured the inside it took me back in time to my grandmothers home! Her house had all the bricks for the foundation and side walk pavers that were made right here in our home town at the brick yard. The detailed woodwork and high ceilings and the shutters! My grandmother had stained glass windows across the top of her large living room windows and the transit-window above the front door. When the sun shined through it was beautiful! Lynette and her husband have a real treasure, thank you for sharing with all of us!

Speaking as a person who knows, that ivy will completely destroy the masonary between your brick walls. The wisteria will uproot the foundation or your home and infiltrate your plumbing lines. Your home is beautiful, and your gardens are too.

The Ivy though beautiful is very hard in the very old fragile brick. Gorgeous property !!!
This house is so fabulous inside and out I'm lost for words. Her garden is spectacular but the house, OMG the house! I love how she maintained the character and charm of the home. This home should be on the TH-cam channel Homeworthy. It simply must be shared.

Just subscribed to this amazing woman's channel . The garden, the brick herringbone paths and walkways and patio are jaw dropping!!!! Love her style and feel of this garden. It is the perfect aesthetic to the incredible home. Wow ... there are almost no words. But I will find some. The outside was gorgeous.. but the inside was swoon worthy!!!! I can't imagine living with these amazing arched and shuttered windows!!!! All the moldings and the dark walls. Be still my heart! I can't wait to see her house and garden through the seasons.

Just stunning, I lived in Circleville back in 1979! The Pumpkin Festival… memories… she has done a beautiful job with that house. Hope she can find an old greenhouse that fits with the house… a Hartley with a brick base would be beautiful

Well the ivy broke through the mortar and the concrete blocks and was growing in my basement. It can be very destructive.

You must get a greenhouse to grow seed flowers! I just got one like Janey’s and in a few months I will use it for the first time. Your garden is PHENOMENAL! And your house and carriage house!!! It’s all DREAMY!!! Your taste is like mine! I could move in!
Yes I need one! I do start some seeds in my sunroom but I have to supplement lighting. All my Zinnias are from seed!!!!
