Yes....that is my problem...I was diagnosed with Cancer in my Thyroid and had back to back surgeries to have it removed. What the doctor did not tell me was that it will contribute to me not having children. It's been 12 years now. Now I am forced to give up because I am 48 😰 but my husband want kids 😭

Yes, have keeping my TSH around 1; t3/t4 are mid-range; take armour 90mg 1x daily; antibody tests always return normal. many years of fertility treatments (pills and injections)/IUI, 4 losses, concerned with implantation issues but can't get any answers; last ob fired me because we have a moral issue with IVF and he wasn't inclined to help us after 3 rounds of IUI... 43 years old and I have lost hope ... Yes I have had my thyroid and thyroid antibodies checked. Both were elevated. Free T3& T4 were normal. Diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. Finally my TSH levels came back normal after almost 1 year of titration of meds TSH was 1.5 at last check. However my Antibodies were elevated in the beginning but never checked again, it was >900.
@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert How can the antibodies be treated? I also have Hashimoto Thyroid disease which elevates the antibodies. I currently take 200mg Selenium daily. Do you know other treatments that I should use? Thank you!
Interesting. When my tsh was last checked it was 0.70 last year. Before I miscarried in 2019, it was 0.60. Hasn't been in the 1.00 range (1.12) since 2008. Not sure if the antibodies was tested or not. Haven't been pregnant since. Recently found out my tube was blocked so I'm sure that didn't help either.

What’s weird is I’m healthier now, lost weight, eating better, sleeping better etc, but in 2019 it was 1.5. I have subclinical Hyperthyroidism, TSH 0.16, T4 and T3 normal range. Not on any medication yet, currently with an endo and they are thinking of putting me on Propylthiouracil (PTU). Got pregnant last month but had a natural miscarriage at 6 weeks.

I have never heard about the TSH range to be from 1 to 2 for fertility. This is very frustrating.

You can get pregnant as levo replaces the hormone for you.
