- The Treatment Lotion by La Mer is truly an essence that will give your current products a trail to follow to get deep into your skin. This product is packed with Miracle Broth and is a product I happily recommend when people want to start using La Mer.

I was skeptical about incorporating another step into my skincare routine, but after I got a sample from Estee Lauder and saw difference in my over 65 year old skin. I got a sample of the SK2 essence, but it contains parabens to which I am allergic. The La Mer. Essence is wonderful and an essential step in my skincare routine. I use Lancome Renergie products in the AM, and La Mer in the PM. I am routinely judged 10 to 15 years younger and I attribute this to always using quality products. Thank you for sharing your impressions of. some of the products you use with us. Your skin is lovely.

Appreciate video content! Apologies for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Poyliviat Wordless Predominance (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning what to eat to slow down your ageing process minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my good mate called Gray got great results with it.

I’m a huge skincare nerd and have been for about six or seven years now, so I’ve tried my fair share of essences and this is by far by favorite (unfortunately for my wallet). I was extremely skeptical about using anything La Mer, but I got a sample from Sephora and I was hooked pretty much immediately.
I got a sample of it recently. I'm still playing with it but not 100% sold on it yet. Hmmmmm.....
I received a small try sample of this essence as a gift with purchase and wasn't sure how to use it thank you for this video I found it be helpful ❤️
I also received the moisturizing soft lotion does it work well under makeup??what is the difference between soft cream and soft lotion?❤️
ana torres yes! I receive samples all the time and it drives me nuts because they never tell you know to use them. 😩 so glad I could help! Enjoy your sample!!
ana torres the soft cream is more like a summer version of the class creme de la mer but I prefer it in the summer months and it's not as heavy. The soft lotion is even lighter than the soft cream. For those that still find the soft cream to be too heavy, there is the soft lotion. All kinds of formulas for all kinds of skin 😉😁👍

What’s the price for the light green one
This is my favorite La Mer product and the only one I use! (Besides the Foundation). I think It's the most affordable La Mer product for what you get, it has great spreadability and lasts forever. I still get the benefits of the Miracle Broth without breaking the bank too much lol.

I am getting into La Mer products, I have been using Chanel products for a while and I love their tonic but their hydration line is too rich for my oily skin. I am trying the matte lotion from la met and I am loving it so far. They recommended me the essence treatment, would you recommend it as well for my oily skin? I got the mist and I am obsessed with, so good! Thanks a lot!
I think the Treatment Lotion works great for all skin types because it's a lightweight hydrating essence that is soothing as well.
Thank you! What does your average morning/night skin care routine look like with the la mer products. I am having a hard time finding an ideal “order” to apply them. Also, do you have to wait for 1 product to soak in completely before applying the next?
lmahoney805 it’s always recommended that you give a product a minute or so to soak in before layering another one.
Are there a few La Mer products you’re questioning the order of application?
So can i use my la mer the intensive revitalizing mask I go to bed and then use my la met treatment lotion, the liquidity one ur showing here

This is so helpful. I've been looking for a replacement for my skii essence. However, I'm just really confused by the terminology. Cos I also use origins mushroom treatment lotion as my toner. But this also says treatment lotion but works as an essence? Haha help meee.
zzz keVVVin hahaa crazy confusing right! We won't even go down the rabbit hole of skin care company marketing, but rather, let's talk purpose. If a product is called a treatment essence we are to believe that it has anti-aging properties compared to its cousin the essence which is all about hydrating and prepping the skin. Toner, essence and mist can all (not necessarily all together) after cleansing. It really depends on what your skin needs. I find if I use a well balanced cleanser than I can skip toner and go right to an essence. I can't skip an essence though because my skin feels tight and dry all day.
So, Origins treatment lotion appears to be thicker than the La Mer treatment lotion. Depending your on skins needs, you can spritz/apply the La Mer treatment essence for hydration and prep and then follow with Origins for soothing and treatment. Both are probably not necessary but listen to your skin 😉👍

Do you use this product before or after the renewal oil?
lmahoney805 I use this product before the renewal oil. I find it works best for me right after cleansing and toning.
Yes I agree with you on that. I finished my third bottles of the treatment lotion three months ago. For me, one bottle lasts me about 11-12 months ( using morning and night times everyday) before I have used this lotion, I only used The Tonic and moisturizing cream. Until I met Lamer representative at Bluemercury 4 years ago. She gave me a very good advices about using Lamer in the right way. Since then I have used less moisturizing cream because the Treatment lotion is not only prep, but also boosting skin to absorb skincare routines even better and more effective. Anyway, I just tried Mahalo the Unveil last week, I would like to know your thoughts, Jamie. Have you ever tried this unveil? I also got the Rare Indigo as a sample along with my purchase, but I haven't tried it out yet. What do you think about the Rare Indigo one? I haven't tried unveil but it's on my buy list. I've really liked the blue indigo for it's soothing properties and quality ingredients. The balm melts nicely into an oil and the absorbs quickly. 😍It's a very light hydration so on some nights I need to layer a little oil with it. Let me know what you think of the unveil ❤️❤️
Jamie Quinn hellooo...again Jamie. Thanks for your honest reviews. For my experience about The Unveil is very good for evening or morning cleanser. I prefer to use as night time cleanser. I have combination dry. Somehow, I figure it out that after I used The Unveil and followed with Lamer moisturizing original cream mix with the renewal oil. My skin would turn out to be greasy in the morning. May be the Unveil cleaned my skin very well 😂 Lol ... so anyway, if I use the Unveil at night time, I have to use just only treatment lotion with Lamer cream( not mixing with renewal oil) that would be just perfect!

Jamie Quinn yes I massage over my eye lids and under my eyes too( not irritating for me) but...but...use your eyes make up remover first and you can use the Unveil as a second cleanser I would suggest.

Omar I know many that are using it, but it really depends on you and your skin. Start with a few samples of the basic (creme de la mer, treatment lotion, eye balm) and see if it's what you're looking for 😘

Hello Miss Jamie, can you pls.help me on how to layer my la mer skin care products, I bought it in the internet so I never had a chance to talk with SA about the proper used or layering the product. I have now the treatment lotion, the brightening essence, the concentrate, the lifting contour serum, the creme de la mer original moisturizer, the gel cream moisturizer, the renewal oil and the sun protection spf 50 . I used the creme de la mer original at night ang gel cream in the morning. But Im really confused how to layer other products or do I need to add more like the toner before I used others? Pls help me. I really need to know how to layer this skin care regime. Thank you.

Okay, so here’s a breakdown:
Treatment Lotion: of everything you bought, this goes on your skin first. am & pm
Brightening Essence/Lifting Contour Cream: was your plan to use one in the am and one in the pm, or together? They would follow the Treatment Lotion.
The Concentrate: would be next and I don’t use mine every night because I use it when I need soothing for my skin or it needs help healing. You would apply it after the serums above...am and/or pm
Renewal Oil: this one is the wild card as it can be added to your moisturizer, used by itself, under the eyes or even in your hair. Use it when you need extra hydration or on your cheek bones for glow.
Spf: use as part of your am routine as the final step after your moisturizer. Reapply every two hours or so 😉

And then sometime i used everything: the treatment lotion, the brightening essence, the lifting contour and the concentrate. Is this ok or just use one of this essence/serum at a time? Thanks
You can definitely layer them and enjoy the layers of love. Don't worry. My only advice would be to allow a minute or so between each layer so they have a chance to soak in.

Jamie Quinn Im planning to buy the regenerating serum because I have big pores ang wringkles now, im just 31 but because of the cold weather and dry air my skin distroyed very fast. I really hope this skin care will help to rejuvinate my skin.
is the micro-bubles in the treatment lotion normal?
Afwan Wahab I just poured some in my hand and didn’t notice any bubbles. Now I’m staring at it through the bottle and I still don’t see anything. 🤷♀️ If you can, take it to the SA counter where you got it and have them take a look.

the bubbles has gone now, left it overnight. i must have shaken the bottle too hard while trying to use it.
