2:30 In the film "Birkebeinerne" one can see the use of Lurk. The municipal coat of arms for Lillehammer, Norway also shows a skier with the original Lurk. Thanks also for a great video on Bishop bindings and skies, it was interesting!

Trying to scrounge a few $$ to get my Gonzos. East coast tele skier for 18 yrs. Still using 75 mm and Axl bindings. Love the feel of them but in all honesty I haven't skied any NTN or other bindings for 10 yrs. Reluctant to change and every year I think I need to demo NTN but the $ is a challenge as I have become a ski bum.

Hey Scott! We get great feedback from a lot of die-hard 75mm skiers who get on our BMF bindings with a 75mm toe cage and our Soft Spring kit. The connection behind the heel (instead of the duck butt) in combination with the soft springs equates to a familiar feel, but with all the benefits of a modern tele binding. And you can keep your boots until you're ready to switch to NTN. We know our bindings are not cheap, but they'll last for years and you only need one pair to use across all your skis. Keep shredding! See you out there.
